You have forgiven
What I have done to you
                              Even when living
                              Was hard to do
                              You face my wrath
                              With a bright smile
                              You would always laugh
And be with me every mile
                              How could you stand me
                              With my heart so black
I kept you from being free
Yet you never turned your back
                              You would always forgive
                              No matter what I did
With me you choose to live
Even when I make you feel dead
So now I'll try to be nice
                              As nice as you
You who chose to warm my heart of ice
No matter what I would do
