Passing in and out
Of doors
Buildings
Trains
Planes
Hearing people
Talk to each other
On phones
Computers
One on one
They care
They want
They need
To love
But is it enough?
What is the difference
Of love
And
Being in love?
One can love
A car
A house
A dog
Even
A bar of soap
I love my mom
I love sunsets
I love vacations
I love life
Am I in love?
Do I know what
In love means?
I know what that
Feels like
Your heart
Flows freely
From your chest
You feel
Light
As a feather
Having felt it
Once before
I want to feel it again
Only this time
Someday
I want to hear it
I wish upon a star
That the man
Of my future
Will look me
Straight in the eye
And say
I'm in love with you
That peaceful
Feeling
When you know
All is well in the world
In your heart
Your soul
Your mind
When I hear
Those words
Will every wall
Every boulder
Every wire
And every rope
Fall away
And my heart
Will once again
Spring forth
And sing
Such a nice dream
We all want that
Don't we, ladies?
Now all we
Can do
Is wait
Wait
For that right moment
Right sunset
Right walk on the beach
Right man
If he hasn't come
