When does rude
Become too much?
When a person
Can't hold a conversation
Without negativity
When a person sits
On a 3 mile high pedestal
Of "I know everything about everything!!"
When you can talk
About grass growing in Paris
Yet a person can flip it
Into something bad you said
When someone's judgmental
Behavior is so overpowering
They forget
The earth spins
Around the sun
Not them
When someone gets
A kick or some sort of rise
Out of constantly
And consistently
Hurting your feelings
And while you sit there
Defending yourself
From the verbal attack
Of hurtful, rude
Disrespectful, inaccurate
Words
They call you
"The most judgmental person
They ever met!!"
In the court of public opinion
Does anyone
See something
Horribly wrong
With this picture?
Rude becomes too much
When someone is so
Convinced they are right
They preach their gospel
To anyone
And everyone
Within earshot!
What right does someone have?
Being told by a person
Who supposedly cares just so much
About you
That you're worthless, delicate, judgmental.
Basically a bitch
If you attack
I will defend
Won't sit listening
While you spew garbage
If this person
Looked up the "J" word
Their picture would be
Front and center
Next to the definition
I know who I am
I know what I say
I own it all
But refuse to be rude
While thinking I need to teach
Everyone my notion of right
The court of public opinion
Will always have an opinion
Free speech and all
Rudeness, selfishness, lies, and bullshit
Will not be tolerated
This person
This someone
Who claims I will be all alone
Because of the "J" word
Will soon find themselves in that exact spot
In the real
You can transpose
Your problems
Characteristics
Manners or lack thereof
To someone else
Until pigs fly
Very soon
Alone you will be
No one likes
Or
Wants a
Self-righteous know-it-all
I am me
You are you
Leave it there
With your hopeless
Sense of entitlement
But remember
You are and will always be
The worthless, judgmental, rude bitch
You claim I am
Forever more!
