Far away horizon
Very far away
As I have my eyes on
May it keep the dark at bay
Making the ocean round
Colliding water and sky
Many a treasure cannot be found
Even the best hunter not know why
Clouds from heaven drift along
Watching
Hoping
Wishing
For a piece of this everlasting song
To us mere mortals who don't comprehend
The sheer vastness of the space
Far away horizon doesn't bend
To conform to the human race
Wish, wish, wish upon a star
Light to dark, wake to sleep
No matter it will always seem so far
The world's promises forever will it keep.
