Goodbye to the setting sun
Hello twilight moon
The crispness of the air
Continues to chill the skin
Breath appears in soft mists
Bare trees everywhere in sight
Years pass thru seasons
Thoughts on wings of wind
Waiting for gentleness
Of a touch
While staring at a midnight sky
Eternity
Oceans away, I wait
Closing my eyes to remember
Opening my eyes to see forward
What is my next step?
Do I accept the hand stretched in front of me?
Is it ok for the escape of vulnerability?
What will those stars say?
You're beautiful
Waiting for my twilight moon
To bring about nocturnal peace
Hiding in the shadows of life
Emerging only to partake when all seems alright
Where is my ethereal knight?
When will I see the white horse?
Take me with you
I want to feel your strong arms around me
Shelter me from evil
Let my enigmatic spirit go free
To love
To seduce
To possess
To enjoy
I command thee
Twilight moon
Show me
Fly me
