Not allowed to talk
To give ideas
All censored
Ignored
How can
A person
Function without
A voice
A choice
A perspective
Change
Must occur
Freedom of speech
Follow the
12 amendments
Do not give up
The right to caucus
Because without
The ideas of
People from within
There will be
No success
Company will fall
Slide into oblivion
Vacancy will be
Very common place
Replace naysayers
Regardless of hierarchy
Give business
The opportunity
To learn from
Its mistakes
Live and let live
Erase complacency
Cynicism
Ignorance
Turned into bliss
Take a stand
Create a plan
Take charge
Empower employees
Give them support
Rewards they deserve
But most importantly
Give them the present
A voice
Of individualism
To exclaim
To argue
To agree
To move forward
To change
To make the change
