Chapter 16

Doctor:"Actually miss knowels I have some good news."

Bey:"wait could you repeat that cause I think something's wrong with my hearing?"

The doctors all chuckled at my statement.

Doctor:"look miss knowels you see from where you had your miscarriage earlier from where you fetal tissue was damaged its trying to heal."

Bey:"h-how is that?"

Doctor:"well since you didn't have the surgery and the baby died on its own your body had time to make changes and reverse your fetal damage on its own."

Bey:"b-but m-my Doctor."

Doctor:"doctors can be wrong sometimes but this time I'm positive that I'm right you can have kids whenever you'd like and however many you would like."

Bey:"jewel did you hear that mommy an have babies?!"

I got up from the bed and gave jewel a hug and a kiss.

Jewel:"well good for you I'm so happy for you."

Jewel said in a very sarcastic tone.

Doctor: "hey pretty lady she isn't pregnant yet."

Jewel:"yea."

Bey:"Doc can you check her face?"

Doctor:"yea come on baby girl."

Jewel got up and followed behind the doctor so he could check her face.I looked back down at my stomach thinking that the possibility of me carrying a child can actually happen now.

Knock! knock!

I looked up to see Jay standing in the doorway.

Bey:"thank you."

Jay:"for?"

Bey:"for helping me today means a lot."

Jay:"no problem you know I still love you."

Bey:"Jay let's not go there not tonight."

Jay:"ok I respect that so what did the doctor say?"

Bey:"that my fetal tissue repaired itself."

Jay:"when was it ever damaged?"

Uh-oh I never told Jay about the other baby.

Bey:"umm so I was pregnant one time before and because my tissue was messed up the baby died."

Jay:when was this."

Bey:"umm the night I left you in New York."

There was an awkward silence after I said that.

Jay:"was it mine?"

Bey:"excuse me?"

I was highly offended that it even crossed his mind that that baby could have been someone else's.

Jay:"you heard me was it mine?"

Bey:"no Jay it wasn't yours."

Jay:"WTH IM GOING THROUGH ALL THIS SHIT WITH YOU AND YOU CHEATED ON ME FIRST."

Bey:"your so dumb yes that damn baby was yours I didn't fuck with no one but you so calm yourself why you getting hype."

Jay:"Don't fucking lie to me beyonce was that baby mine?"

Bey:"that baby was 100% yours and the fact that you don't trust me annoys the hell out of me when I trusted you and you were the one that cheated."

Jay:"I didn't cheat she came on to me."

Bey:"why the fuck you lying?"

Jay:"I'm not!"

Bey:"mmmmmoomygod stop fucking lying."

Jay:"I'm not lying to you."

Bey:"Jay you sound dumb as hell if she needed up pregnant you cheated no matter who came on to who you impregnated her with you semen so a baby was brought into this world."

Jay:"..............."

Bey:"exactly what I thought you cheated this process would move a lot faster if you would just own up to the fact that you cheated and stop being the VICTIM of the situation."

Jay:"I'm not the VICTUM you are because everyone I get mad you go and hold the fact that I messed up over my head."

Bey:"yea your right I agree with you 150% because I'm hurt so yea I'm taking all my anger out on you."

Jay:"look bey I understand that but how many times do I have to say I'm sorry?"

Bey:"I told you to stop apologizing a long time ago I forgave you but I didn't forget and I never will."

Jay:"STOP STOP SAYING YOU FORGAVE ME BECAUSE CLEARLY YOU DIDN'T OF EVERY TIME I SPEAK TO YOU YOU BRING THIS SHIT BACK UP."

Bey:"Yes I do be....(gco)."

Jewel:"BOTH OF YOU STOP IT YOUR ANNOYING ME WITH ALL THIS TELLING I HAVE BEEN SITTING HERE FOR A WHILE AND ONE SECOND YOUR HAPPY AND THEM THE NEXT SECOND YOUR MAD AT EACH OTHER."

Bey:"jewel stay out of grown ups businesses."

Jewel:"I'm not sure if you've noticed or not but neither one of you are acting like adults or better yet parents."

Jay:"yea bey she's right."

Jewel:"and another thing I have been through too much with the both of you so y'all are gonna have to figure out a way to make this work cause I will absolutely call child services and tell them that y'all aren't caring for me."

Bey:"what does that have to do with anything?"

Jewel:"because in order to adopt me you had to get papers signed saying you two were my legal guardians and right now I only have one."

Jay:"damn it jewel when did you get so smart?"

Jewel:"I have always been this way you just never knew about it cause you were too busy caring for my "step mom" and my "sister" that you forgot I even existed."

Jay:" no I didn't actually I thought about you and your mother every single second of every single day."

Jewel:"then why didn't you call or anything?"

Jay:"I did call but your mother never answered the phone."

Jewel:"mom you said daddy never called."

I looked at jewel with sympathy in my eyes.

Jay:"beyonce is that true?"

Bey:"yes because I didn't want her to be heart broken and butt hurt when you did call and she asked to see you and I said no."

Jewel:"mom that's real low."

Bey:"look you had a phone and he could have called you on that phone."

Jewel:"mom now you sound dumb I didn't get my phone until after we moved to California because you said I really needed one so how was he gonna call me."

Shit! I was screwed I thought this was supposed to end happy.
