Words can't describe how embarrassed I felt. I knew I probably danced better than Beyonce herself ( a girl can dream) but knowing that Dimitri was there watching my every move made me wish the floor would just open up and swallow me.

"Don't look so embarrassed," Dimitri said. "You were amazing. I've never seen anyway better and trust me, I've seen a lot." That darn accent!

"I...," I didn't really know what to say. I was torn between being angry at his entering my house without permission and being flattered by his comment. "Thank you," I said foolishly. "But the next time you enter my house without my consent I'm calling the police." I wanted to say more, I really was angry and wanted to tell him off but, damn, I couldn't find the words.

"I'll keep that in mind," he said. "Anyways, I just wanted to know if you are interested in touring Montego Bay with me since I don't know the place. If you're not too busy dancing, of course."

I weighed my options. 1) I walk around in Montego with a rich millionaire that I'm sure everyone is dying to meet, be the talk of the town, and never have any privicy ever again OR 2)Stay home, dance, and be merry.

"I'd like to help but I'm kinda busy." I said.

"Ok. I'll just stay and watch you dance. I'm sure it's better than anything this place has, or any other place," he said with a smirk.

"Ha ha," I mocked, sarcastically. "I'll ask my friend, Flo, if she'll go with you. She'll freak, she's like obsessed with you." I took my phone out of my purse and began to dial her number.

"Why would I want to go sightseeing with someone who's obsessed with me? I'd be the sight that everyone is seeing. I want to go with someone who is low-key and wont bring too much attention to me just so they can look good. You seem like that kind of person." He said.

Ok. Maybe an hour or two wouldn't hurt...

Five hours later we were at Smoky Joe's restaurant having "just a casual lunch", as Dimitri put it.

He wore a regular, low key t-shirt, regular blue jeans and a blue snap-back hat (something about not being noticeable).

I had first taken him to bottom road to see some of the beaches and seasides, where he had spent almost an hour aweing and taking pictures.

I had also taken him to see some of the famous hotels/ resorts/restaurants like Pelican, Ibero stars, sunset resort, holiday inn, sandals, Rio, just to name a few. We hadn't entered any of them though, he just talked about how beautiful the place was and took pictures.

We had walked around some more, just checking out clothes stores and other minor places which Dimitri seemed to like.

Simple as it may seem, I couldn't remember ever enjoying myself that much. Dimitri has such a wonderful sense of humor! I have never laughed so much.

I had always thought Dimitri would turn out to be some arrogant bastard (that was my view of all rich people) but he wasn't like that. If I didn't know about him I would have thought he was just a normal person.

"That was fun," he said presently, as we waited for our food. "This is such a beautiful place."

Its was late afternoon and his face was enlightened by the dim lighting of the room. "It sure is," I said.

We sat in silence for a while. "So why are you here in Jamaica?" I asked him after a while.

"I have some business to take care of," he said. "I want to open a branch of my new business, Cromwell Enterprise, in Jamaica. Its a clothes company and I heard that Jamaicans are suckers for clothes."

"That's nice," I said. "Jamaicans do love fashion."

My cellphone rang. It was Flo. I excused myself and went to a corner in the room to answer it.

"Yea," I said into the phone.

I could hear Flo breathing heavily on the other end. "Please tell me I did not just hear you were walking around with Dimitri Cromwell all day today. I just know they're wrong 'cause you definitely would've called me. I'm your friend, how could you do this to me? Why didn't you call me? Where you at? I'm coming. Tell me where you are." She said it like her life depended on my answer.

"Relax," I said. "We're at Smoky Joe's having lunch."

"Lunch?" She said. "It's past dinnertime!"

What was wrong with this girl? "Ok, we'll finish up here then we'll go home. You can wait at my house and when we get there, he's all yours, ok?" I couldn't take her coming here and creating a scene.

"Ok," she said, excited. "But hurry!"

"I'll try," I said and we hung up.

I returned to the table. "My obsessive friend wants to meet you," I said to Dimitri.

He smiled. "Why do I get the feeling I don't want to meet her?" He said.

"You'll see," I said.

The waitress arrived with our food and we ate in silence. When we were done he paid the cheque and we left.

It was a short ride to my house. He parked the car, climbed out, then came around the front and opened my door (did I mention he was also a gentleman?). We walked up to my door and, of course, Flo was already running toward us.

Here we go...
