37 | Baby Shower

Genesis

"Mm right there King , harder." I moaned , leaning my head back.

"Stop all of that moaning." He smacked his lips as he kept massaging my foot . I giggled before letting out a soft sigh .

"It just feels so good right now."

"Yeah, I know."

"What's Kassidy doing?" I asked . He looked back at the door , through it .

"I think she's watching tv in the living room ." He said before standing up to his feet . I stretched out on the bed . "Get up , ya know the baby shower is at 3." 

Surprisingly most of everybody from New York was gonna be coming today . Kia and Gloria planned the shower but since they have yet to visit the house , we chose to set up the backyard for the place to do it .

"Yeah I know , I know. What time is it?" I grumbled , looking at the ceiling . He looked back at me.

"It's a clock right beside you." I lazily turned to the side and looked at the clock , seeing it was 12:30 .

"Oh my gosh , it's so late already." I sighed . King nudged my leg .

"Go on and get up lazy pants."

"You're so lame for that." I laughed , throwing a pillow at him. He scoffed , dodging the pillow and walking out . I slowly threw my legs over on side of the bed , sitting up . I rubbed my stomach as I slid my feet into some slippers .

"Wake up baby boy." I cooed , pressing my stomach . He usually would start moving around this time so I thought maybe he was still sleep .

"Come on  , move for mommy." I said pressing in different areas of my stomach . Finally,  I felt him move around . I got up , walking up to the bathroom . I frowned at all the weight I've gained and the doctor still recommend I try to gain more . I put my hair up as I started the shower .

"Mommy?"

"Yes babygirl ." I asked through my closet door as I pulled a shirt over my head .

"Are you ready? Daddy said everybody will be here in three minutes." Kassidy spoke . My eyes widened.

"Three minutes?" I asked . I grabbed a cardigan , sliding it on before opening my door .

"I said 30 minutes." King corrected , going into his closet. I nodded with relief .

"Okay I was about to say." I trailed off , playing with Kassidy hair . "Kas let me put your hair in a bun." I said . She followed me to the bathroom as I got a ponytail holder and put it in a bun , wrapping the scrunchie around it .

"Okay there ya go. Have you ate yet?" She nodded .

"Daddy made me some strawberries and cream oatmeal."

"Okay let's go wait on everyone then." I told her . We walked in the living room and I saw she was watching Blue's Clues . I sat down beside her and watched it a little . Might as well get used to this shows.
