Genesis

I laid in between King's legs , leaning against his chest . I had already took a shower and got in some lounging clothes , deciding to chill around today . King did the same since he had extra clothes in his car . So , now we were just watching my family trip video .

I chuckled lowly as Anthony was joking around in the camera . We were at the Smoky Mountains for the first time and was ecstatic . I remember Gina was holding the camera and I was walking in front of them , behind mom and dad . I heard Anthony joking about me making me turn around and hit him playfully .

The camera turned towards us where we play fought before slipping on the snow , landing on top of each other. Everyone erupted into laughter on the video making me laugh .

"Wow." King mumbled as he was still halfway sleep .

"You ever been to the Smoky Mountains ?" I asked .

"I actually haven't . Would you like to go back?"

"I would love to go back one day. Winter is the best time considering the bears hibernating ." I said , thumbing up the idea .

He laughed low as I sat up from his chest , stretching . "It's starting to get cold in here , let me turn up the heat ." I said , getting up . I turned up the heat on the thermostat . I grabbed some yogurt out the fridge , going back into the room.
King was sat up against the headboard .

I sat by him , peeling the paper off my yogurt container , pouring the chocolate and nuts into it . I dug my spoon into it , taking a bite as I looked up to King looking at me .

"I've gotta question."

"And I might have an answer." I said , swinging my hair out my face as I dug back into my yogurt .

"Have you ever had a ..fling with the twins?" I furrowed my eyebrows .

"What? Why you ask that?"

"I'm just wondering . I'm mean , y'all are pretty close." He said , shrugging .

I must admit , I was offended.

"No I haven't had no type of fling with either twin. Our friendship has always been like how it is now." I said , rolling my eyes .

"I didn't mean it like you're a hoe or something."

"Yeah whatever." I mumbled , getting up . I went to the kitchen , putting the rest of the yogurt back into the fridge , loosing my appetite . I leaned against the counter , sighing . Even though we supposedly cleared our past , I feel like it's gonna be coming back up . I felt arms go around my waist and then I was turned towards King .

"Tell me what's wrong. I don't want it to be how it's has been before regarding no communication ." He said . I looked up at him then looked off . I stayed quiet for a moment .

"That. That's what's wrong. Even though we said we're forgetting the bad of the past , I feel like it's gonna come back up and cause altercations." I said , looking back at him .
