The ship rattled worse then it had in the black hole. Ace grunted as he tried to stabilize it but it was of no use. It was dark and cloudy and he couldn't see anything.

"I can't see anything",he panicked.

Alpha squeezed his shoulder.
"Calm down and concentrate".

Suddenly all the lights of the ship went out. Haze froze in his seat.
"We've run out of power",he gulped.
The ship began to fall. It descended unsteadily down to the surface of the planet.

Dax's heart crashed violently in to his chest, threatening to leap out of his mouth any minute. His ears were ringing. Blood had drained from his face and he was completely pale. He gripped on to his seat and prepared for impact.

"Is there anything you can do?"
"Nope"
"Great, the one time we set out to do something good,we die"
"It's because Alpha's "buddy" is badluck"
"Shut it,nothing you can do?"
"I can count to ten, will that help"

The clouds cleared as they neared the surface of the planet. Dax could see fire and buildings of some sort and hoped that help would come to them should anything bad happen to them. The nose of the ship dipped down and hurtled toward the ground.

"Ten"
"Not helping Ace"
"Nine"
"Shut up"
"Eight"
"You're scaring Taya"
"Seven"
"I'm gonna jump out"
"Six"
"No one is jumping out"
"Five"
"See you guys in hell"
"Four"
"Delta get back in your seat"
"Three"
"Ace,stop it"
"Two"
"Is that a boat"
"It's a ship"
"One"
"Hold on to something.

Dax saw the approaching hull of a pirate ship. Saw people jumping off it. Saw the masts rise above the ship. Saw the interior of the massive ship as their craft sliced through it. Saw the cloud of dust it threw up as it nestled in to the remains of the ship.

"I can't believe we survived",Justus exclaimed in disbelief. Sirena and Beta nodded in agreement. Taya gave them a shaky smile as she battled to bring her shaking under control.

Delta was the first to get up from her seat. She started pacing across the cockpit. Her fingers were tangled in her hair. Her brows were creased. She hugged herself and muttered something under her breath.
"I can not believe we're still alive"
"And what are we going to do now?",she spluttered.
"I told you this was a bad idea",she stabbed a finger in to Alpha's chest.
"At Least we're not stuck in space, that would've been worse",he stated.
"WE'RE ON ISLA FREEDOMA,THERE IS NOTHING WORSE THEN THIS",she yelled at him.

Alpha opened his mouth to speak but was interrupted by a tap on the windshield. They all turned to look at the source of the incessant tapping and were greeted with an interesting character.

The man was standing on the nose of the ship. He had on a pair of old black boots,a red coat,a pair of old tattered pants that were held up by a dirty, red belt. His white shirt however was smartly tucked in to his pants.

"Right-handed Riley",Alpha grimaced.

They slowly climbed out of their craft and clambered on to the damaged ship. It was beyond repair. It had been spilt into two and was slowly sinking. It's hull was completely submerged in the murky water.

Right- handed Riley grinned, revealing the only few teeth he had. His nose was bigger then most of his face. His mouth was hidden by a very dirty beard. His face was cracked from being exposed to the suns of a thousand planets. His eyes, however were vibrant. Dark as kohl, holding a hint of mischief.

He walked over to Alpha and squared up to the boy. For all he was worth,Dax noticed that right-handed Riley was not very tall. He also noticed that they were now surrounded by pirates. He could hear Delta cursing under her breath. And could feel Taya inching closer to him.

"You really know how to make an entrance Alpha",he spoke gruffly.
Alpha crossed his arms across his chest.
"What's it gonna take Riley,I'm here for someone".
"Oh I can see that",the old man peered at Delta.
She rolled her eyes at him but did not move from her place in front of Taya and Dax.

Alpha moved in front of the old man, blocking his view. He recoiled immediately.
"Two hundred gold coins"
Alpha reached in to his duffle bag and threw a tiny pouch in Riley's direction. The old man caught it and a cheer went up from the men surrounding them.

"Let them go"
"You're not gonna count it?",Dax piped up.
Taya shot him a glare.
"Dont need to,Alpha sticks to his word, and as you can see,I am in no position to pick a fight with him and dont intend to",he assured the young boy.

He jumped off the ship and waded through the water to the shore.

"Let's go".
