Omega kicked the nose of the air craft.
"Not even one scratch",he murmured.
"Mine and Haze's ingenuity",Ace said while draping an arm on Haze's shoulder.
"Alright children,we have no money and we need power for the ship,so let's move",Alpha told them.
"You want us to go in there?",Taya pointed toward the fog.
He nodded then leaped off the broken ship and in to the murky water below. They all followed him one by one.
"Ew its wet",Sirena squealed.
"Thanks for letting us know Captain Obvious",Ace rolled his eyes at her.
"Ssahhhh",Alpha silenced them.
They silently waded through the shallow water. Dax thought he felt something slither along his legs but decided it was just paranoia. Taya was completely disgusted by all these. As they approached the show,the fog engulfed them.
"Just keep moving forward",Alpha huffed.
Dax's feet hit something hard and dry.
"FINALLY",Omega muttered.
"Great",Justus grimaced as she removed her boot and tipped it,spilling sea water on the beach. She proceeded to do the same to the other boot. Cringing.
Dax rolled the cuffs of his pants. He felt uncomfortable. His feet were wet and he just knew beyond the protective fabric of his converse,his skin had already begun to wrinkle. He couldn't stand soggy shoes.
"Alright you guys,we need money and I know where to get it,remember,don't pick a fight,don't draw attention to yourself",he ordered.
They nodded then followed him into the fog filled town. The air smelt acrid. Laced with alcohol. Dax could hear men and women yelling above noise the band called music. He thought he stepped on something wet as he heard it squelch under the pressure of his feet but didn't dare to look down. His heart skipped a beat as he heard gun shots.
"We're here",Alpha announced as he stepped in front of a large,brick building.
"The Unnamed Tavern?",Taya questioned.
"Dont question it,just accept it",Omega told her.
They walked in and were instantly greeted with the pungent smell of alcohol that seemed to hang over this planet like a dark cloud. Pirates were hanging over the balcony of the first floor of the building. They were spilling liquid on the people below. The crowd yelled and cheered and alcohol was being passes around in wooden cups and leather hats.
Alpha gestured to a young girl to come closer. She skipped across the room toward him. She held a tray in her hands. Her dark hair was pulled in to a pony tail. Big,purple eyes stares mesmerized at Alpha. She leaned closer toward him as he whispered something in her ear. She smiled,revealing a dimple on her right cheek and nodded,gesturing to Alpha to follow she walked toward the back of the Tavern,closely followed by Alpha and Beta.
Omega turned toward them
"Time.....to sin",he grinned.
