You ran on the track, practicing after school. You saw both the girls track team and the guys track team as well.

You jumped more obstacles as you ran the long track.

But then something caught your eye.

You saw a tall purple headed boy practicing the pole vault.

You stopped and watched the boy in curiosity. You've never seen someone do it so well, yet he looked so focused as if he was calculating each moment of the way.

Your coach yelled at you to continue your hurdling practice.

You groaned and continued; forgetting about the boy who caught your attention.

Likewise, he did the same as well.

He stared at you in admiration through his colored shades he had on the bridge of his nose.

'Beautiful' he thought.

Love comes wearing disguises.

After practice had ended Rei jogged over to you and tapped your shoulder.

You turned around and saw the boy from earlier.

You gave him a smile and greeted him.

"Hello!~ how can I help you...?" You trailed off since you didn't know his name so were left a bit confused.

"Oh I'm sorry! Its Rei. Ryugazaki Rei." He held out his hand out for you to shake.

"Oh, I'm (l/n) (y/n). Nice to meet you Rei." You shook his hand and gave him a sincere smile with a small laugh.

A small blush grew across his face.

"Like wise (l/n)-san."

You gave him hearty laugh and smacked his shoulder lightly.

He stood there confused at your actions.

"What?"

"Don't be so stiff and formal about my name Rei! Lighten up!" You laughed.

He became flustered and stiff.

"so what's up Rei? How can I help ya?" You asked.

He scratched the back of his head nervously and spoke.

"Can I take you out on like a date next week? I-i j-just wa-want to get to know yo-you better."

You gave him a toothy grin and accepted.

"Sure Rei. Can I ask why you want to get to know me better though?"

He stilled at the thought of why he wanted to get to know you. He just seemed lost at the moment and he asked you out because it was in the heat of the moment.

"you're just my type."
