You sat in the pure white hospital bedroom, breathing in and out of your oxygenated mask.

You smiled and stared out the window that gave you a beautiful view of the city. Although you were happy, you were also blue.

You only had one week left to live.

You hear the door open, and you look to see sousuke holding a bouquet of flowers.

They were (Fav Flowers).

He smiled and placed them in a vase next to you.

"Hello Sousuke." You whisper, barely audible. He smiled and pulled over a chair and sat next to you.

"Hey (y/n), how's my princess doing?" He asked kindly. He rubbed your hand gently, being careful not to move the IV that was implanted in you.

"I'm doing ok sou, how about you? How's the swim team?" You inquired. He laughed quietly and doing so he spoke, "it's been great, we're practicing with Iwatobi. I told you about them a while back."

You nodded remembering the adorable swim team. They all their little quirks.

"That's great sou. Say, I have something to tell you..." You trailed off, you felt the small tears peering out of your eyes.

He gently squeezed your hand and had all of his attention on you.

"The doctor said I only have one week left..." You mumbled. You wipe the tears sliding down your cheeks.

He kissed your forehead gently, and said," Don't worry (y/n), we'll make the most out of that week, ok?"

You nodded and smiled.

"Hey Sou,"

"Yeah?"

"Can you bring (favourite flowers) to my funeral? And maybe do a eulogy for me as well?" You asked quietly.

"I'll do anything for you (y/n)."

"Thank you."

~Time skip~

And you guys did what he promised.

You did almost everything that week.

You went from painting each others faces, to even watching them live from practice, with the help of Gou of course.

On the last day, before you passed, you wrote a letter to sousuke.

Once you finished writing your letter, you went to sleep peacefully, and never woke up.

Once sousuke heard the news he came rushing to you side, while doctors tried holding him back.

He cried and tugged at his hair.

He sat outside your hospital room and sobbed. He received a tap on the shoulder, and looked up and saw a doctor holding out a crisp white envelope with a flower taped to it.

"She left it for you Mr.Yamazaki."

He whispered a thank you, and took the note out of his hands.

It read:

Dear Sousuke,

I enjoyed every last bit of fun we had this week. Better yet, I enjoyed spending time with you everyday. You even went out of your way and skipped practice just to come and see me. I thank you for that.
