I could tell she looked shocked. I mean of course you would if you have a father that looks like man in his twenties when in reality he's 36 years old.
"You...your my father?" Roe asked
"Yes that I am. I know you are angry and you have the right to be but please listen to why we did what we did so that to protect you" Father answered
"Okay but you only have 5 minutes" Roe said sitting on the couch waiting for father to explain

Every 6 years a family is chosen by the King of England, making that family organised as one of the nobles. Our family has been given that title since your grad grad grad grandfather but 22 years ago the King chose our family once again. I know you might think why we put you there, but we knew that someday you would get adopted by a family that will love you. When you where adopted, I myself went to talk Rintarou and told him about our family problems and how we wanted to protect you. I was sure he would refuse the adoption when I told him but he didn't. He told me that you are part as his family as much you are past of ours and that he already considers you as his own daughter including your adopted sister. Then I knew you were in good hands so I avoided contact so that not to get the Matsumoto family suspected and also considered you as you died in that day of the kidnapping. I know my reasons where horrible but I needed to this for you. I wanted you safe. I even considered to sent your brother ans sister as well but they were smart enough to refuse and also wanted to protect you." He continued
Roe didn't say anything but I could tell she was processing what father has told her. She then eyed all three of us as if she is trying to figure out if we where lying or not

I started straight at them trying to find if father was telling lies or not but I couldn't. They were telling the truth. I had a lot of questions to ask but there where only 2 questions in mind that I needed to ask
"So if the King can only choose once, why the hell did he choose us again?" I asked a bit angry since it was basically the kings fault for all of this
