Appearance: With the golden-blonde hair of a typical District Four citizen, Kate doesn't really stand out. Her mass of tangled hair can never be tamed by a comb and is often see in a messy ponytail or just cascading down the girl's back. Her eyes are a brilliant light shade of greenish-blue that sometimes catch people's attention. Her skin is smooth and slightly tanned from the sun. She is of average height, standing at around 5'6. To sum it all up in one word, Kate is average. She goes unnoticed in a crowd, but she doesn't mind.

Personality: Kate is a hardworking citizen of Four. She isn't an overachiever, but she works hard at school and work, striving for a successful future. Her parents are both well-to-do, not rich, but not poor. They are in the middle, and Kate has been taught at a young age that being in the middle was the best place to me. She's kind and mild-mannered, usually polite although she sometimes gets up to mischief with her two best friends, Hayley and Zoey. She is quite bright at some subjects but doesn't often speak up. She isn't shy, she just doesn't bother. So, in terms of her personality—she is average too.

Strengths (max 5): Obviously, Kate knows how to swim and fish expertly, so that wouldn't be a problem. She is smart and isn't afraid to use her wits to her advantage, and is very strong in the arms and legs.

Weaknesses (min 4): She isn't tall and doesn't have long legs so Kate is not a fast runner. She is also a really bad climber. Also, Kate has a bad habit of playing things safe. She won't stand out to people so she probably wouldn't get sponsors.

Backstory: Kate, like everything else—had an average life before she was Reaped. The only child of the middleclass Dodgers, Kate spent a lot of time with her parents—mainly her mother because her father was nearly always at sea working. She does well in school and gets average grades, and has two close friends whom she hangs out with in her free time—Hayley and Zoey. The three of them are quite close and if they are feeling adventurous, they sometimes play pranks on people which got Kate into trouble a few times. But, again, all in all Kate lives an average life, and she likes it.
