Name: Rii
District: 8
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Weapon: Dual-bladed dagger
Appearance: Rii has a slender figure. Her features are angular, with almond shaped eyes. People see her and assume she's Asian, but she doesn't know where she comes from. Her hair is waist-length, sleek and black. She's small and short, standing at only 5'1, which is the reason people often assume she's way younger than what she is.
Personality: She's bubbly and cheerful, often seen with a smile on her face. Despite this, however, she's mistrustful of anyone except for Syne. He's the only one she will fight with, and the only one she will work with. She's reckless and impulsive, often acting before she thinks, causing her to get into trouble. Even more than that is her bold and outspoken nature, which often causes people to isolate her.
Strengths (max 5): Because of the man's training and since she has kept up with it ever since, she's almost unstoppable with a dagger in her hands. Her size enables her to be quick and nimble. Along with this, she prefers to hide in the shadows, sneaking around. Don't think that this will make her weak in an outright fight, though, because she is still deadly with a dagger. She has no problems with killing either.
Weaknesses (min 4): Her size, while a strength, can also be a weakness. If she gets into a fight with a stronger man, he could easily overpower her. She doesn't think before she acts, often causing her reckless and impulsive side to show. Because of this she has a habit of getting herself into dangerous situations. Her third weakness is her mistrustful attitude toward anyone except for Syne. This keeps her distant, and will often make others exclude her. She's too bold and outspoken, often causing people to be offended by her, and they keep their distance.
Backstory: Rii was left on the streets when she was a baby. She would have died, if not for the man that found her and took her in. She never knew his name, but he raised her until she was five. She remembers him fairly well, and how he trained her with a dagger, despite her age. One night, he was killed, and she ran for her life. Shortly after, she was picked up by the owner of an orphanage where she befriended a young boy named Syne. He didn't talk until after he met her. The two became and stayed close friends, even after Syne left a few years later. When they were fifteen, he ran away from his aunt and uncle's who had adopted him, and rescued her from the orphanage. The two have lived together in a small apartment ever since. Both of them worked at local factories, providing for all their needs. When they were sixteen, there was a factory accident, leaving Syne with no vocal cords. Rii was determined to learn sign language so they could communicate. He can still hear her, but most of the time, they use sign language together.
Token: Syne's mothers ring. When Rii finally got him to speak when they were six years old, the two exchanged their most prized possession. Rii gave Syne her father's wedding ring, and Syne gave her an old ring of his mother's.
