chapter 26
HARRY'S POV
"Ughhh, Lou..." I looked at him, sighing.
"So what happened, mate?" Zayn walked in. He was smiling, but quickly frowned when he saw my face.
"Harry just realized he really fancies Mary," Lou gestured toward me. I was slumped on my bed, hugging my pillow. It didn't give me the warmth and comfort that holding Mary had just a half hour earlier.
"But..." Louis waited for me to finish, but I didn't want to say it. Instead I crawled up in my bed and hid from their judgment.
"But I screwed it up!" I yelled, my voice muffled by the heavy comforter.
"Oh I'm sorry mate," Zayn told me. "Is there anything we can do for you?"
Louis smiled hopefully as I resurfaced. I was feeling a little better. Maybe the boys could help me.
As I told them my plan, Zayn fell asleep. After I finished talking to Lou, we were practically passed out as well. I figured it was a good time to say good night.
"Thanks Lou," I smiled, "for everything."
Louis smacked me on the back and grinned at me. "Hey, no problem mate! I just wanna make sure you're all good."
"Well thanks, and see you tomorrow," I told him.
"Good night!!" Lou said enthusiastically. He always had a chipper attitude and a little energy, even at three in the morning.
I was excited for tomorrow and the possibilities it could bring, so I laid in bed for quite some time before falling asleep.
