FLASHBACK TO THREE MONTHS AGO
I walked into the guest bedroom of my flat to find my best friend sleeping peacefully.
I grabbed a blanket from the couch and lay it over him quietly.
It had been a long day and I was exhausted, so I’m sure he was too.
Our shopping trip and catching up was greatly needed.
I missed him to say the least, and I was so happy he was finally here.
I checked the time on my phone. 11:11pm, it read.
