Chapter 3- This Is Just Not My Day
One. One person in the whole school that actually seemed to like my ways, and now she has just... disappeared. I hadn't seen her all day. Not even Gal, but... still. I really wanted to be-friend that girl with those snorting problems.
Even though I have a ton of girl friends at that local park, I realised that I wouldn't be able to meet them until after school. So, I think it's a good idea to get a friend in school as well. If, I even manage to find her!
Well, that adds another thing to my list-- Find the girl with the nasal problems.
I sighed as I trudged towards the exit, I think I was the last one to exit the building. I even think Jan-Dan left.
Maybe I was just walking to slow or maybe Jan-Dan wasn't in the mood for my awesomeness so he just decided to avoid me. Or maybe... he just didn't want me to stain his cleaning supplies anymore.
As I reached the school doors, I pushed them open and stepped outside. I was actually surprised to see a few kids loitering around the yard, that's when I came to a conclusion-- man, I was slow.
For a moment, I just stood there-- looking for familiar faces or maybe a ride home. I don't think I wanted to ride the bus, especially since there's always this fat kid that I manage to get stuck with and that kid is nasty.
Seriously, he's like this fart bomb. Actually a time-ticking fart bomb, you never know when it might explode to un-necessary stinkiness.
As I stood there and gazed at the faces, I realized that there was no one in particular that I actually recognised.
Okay so, there are only about... two people that I actually, sort of, recognise in this whole school. Three, if I count that Francine girl.
I huffed in annoyance, the sun was melting me! Where is my ride? Maybe I should give this shout-out and ask the kids, 'Who wants to give me a ride?' but then again, what if I get a ride with some creeper? I grimaced, yeah... not a good plan.
I tapped my foot, trying to think of something when suddenly, I was struck with the most amazing idea ever.
My face broke out into a mischievous smile as I rubbed my hands together deviously, "Time to make some friends," I muttered, "And, some one who has a cool car!"
I smiled widely as I looked over at the kids that were still there. I tapped my index finger against my chin as I tried to make the right choice. So far, my choices weren't very successful. Considering that girly, Gal.
I spotted a guy in a brown leather jacket, standing under a tree and talking to his friend, I assumed. He gave off a biker-dude kind of vibe. Well not really, he just had this huge bike helmet tucked under his arm.
Hm, a bike. Well, that's not too bad I guess. Unless, he wears a bike helmet in a car for extra safety. That would be fun to watch.
Target sighted.
The 'hi' tactics don't really work these days, do they? Maybe I should try something new. To come off as a friendly person, how about... running over and jumping on his back? I thought about it, then reconsidered it.
I don't think the guy would be able to handle all my weight, I wasn't fat, but the guy didn't look all that strong either. The next thing I know, we're both on the ground with a lot of broken bones and bruises. And it's just the start of school!
Plus, I think the kids here will make up rumors about me and the bike dude going out or something. What if he already had a girl? Ah well, it's none of their business anyways.
