RYAN'S P.O.V.
I woke up to my loud and annoying alarm. snooze. i stuffed a pillow on my head and went back to bed.
and there goes the alarm .. again. this time i actually sat up and turned it off. i ran my fingers throw my messed up hair and stood up. i quickly got ready, got my keys and left.
i rolled into the school parking lot and parked. as i got out, i didn't notice how wrongly parked was the car next to mine.
"jackass" i murmured as i got out of the car.
i locked it then walked towards the building.
"hey hey hey" James jogged up next to me "how'd it go?"
"how'd what go?" i asked.
"you and Kristen .. ?" he replied.
"oh! yeah" i chuckled "better than expected"
"so you guys cool?"
"yeah. turns out she feels the same way" i laughed.
"when you gonna ask her out?" James asked.
"i have no idea" i replied.
"well you better hurry up. Jake might just beat you at it" he said.
"what do you mean?" i stopped walking.
"well you know that Jake has this .. thing for her. he's gonna wanna ask her out sometime and if you don't beat him at it.."
"i have nothing to worry about. Kris doesn't like him" i replied.
"oh really?" James asked.
"yeah really" i rolled my eyes.
"then what is that?" James said.
"what is what?" i asked.
"that" he pointed his eyes towards our right.
i casually turned and saw her talking to Jake.
"that doesn't mean anything" i replied.
"mhhm" he said.
shes just being nice. she tends to do that ..
James and i walked into the building and down the hall. the bell rang and i walked into class. i sat down at my seat and watched as Jayjay walked in and stopped in front of my desk.
"may i help you?" i smiled up.
she leaned closer so that we were the only ones to hear" James told me everything"
i felt myself blush.
"that fucker" i murmured.
"how you gonna ask her out? get her roses!" she smiled.
"shh!" i turned around "don't tell anyone yet" i chuckled "plus, i don't know anyways. its just been one day- not even. we talked yesterday. whats the rush?" i whispered.
"cause if you take too long Jake is gonna make a move"
"why does everybody keep saying that? he's not gonna do anything. everybody already knows Kris is mine" i slipped "i shouldn't have said that" i mumbled.
"i'm just saying. hes cute, respectful, hot, athlete and a total gentlemen" Jayjay said.
"oh please" i leaned back in my chair "what does he have that i don't"
"yeah .. okay. what i mean is that you got some competition" she replied.
"competition my ass" i chuckled.
