"Can I fall in love with you?" Connor asks.

"I wouldn't mind it." is Troyes reply.

"Will you please fall in love with me too?"

"That would be inconvenient. I don't have time for love."

Silence engulfs them both as they stare at each other from across Connors kitchen counter.

"Can you hear that?" Connor suddenly speaks and Troye raises a brow.

"What?"

"That's the sound of my heart breaking." He smiles softly.

"I'll help you pick up the pieces, darling."
