"Cisco why are you playing this song?" Caitlyn demanded.

"He likes this song. I checked his Facebook page." Cisco replied.

Barry shot up, "Where am I?"

Caitlyn was shining a light in his eyes saying a bunch of doctor mumbo jumbo.

"Barry you were in a coma for nine months." Cisco said patting his shoulder.

Barry stood up and ripped the electrodes from his body. He put on a sweatshirt Cisco gave him.

"We need to run more tests. You were struck by lightning dude." Cisco continued.

He looked at the mirror, "Lightning gave me abs." Barry put on his shoes and started to run out the door, "I'm fine really." He turned back to them. "I need to find Dakota."

Cisco looked at Caitlyn, "Who's Dakota?"

She just shrugged and went to clean up the medical bay.

Barry left the lab and headed towards the precinct. He wanted to see Iris down at Jitters but Dakota was at the precinct probably. Once in the precinct he saw Joe and immediately hugged him.

"You just woke up. Should you be on your feet?" Joe asked.

"I'm fine. I feel great. Where's Dakota?" Barry murmured pulling Joe aside.

"She's upstairs." Joe whispered. "You better say something pretty moving because she's been in a bad mood for nine months. Hasn't said much. Started to lose hope that you weren't gonna wake up."

Barry smirked and headed up the stairs to his lab. He quietly snuck into the lab to see Dakota by the punching bag. She threw a three punch combo before doing a sidekick. She continued to hit the bag until she collapsed against it, tears threatening to spill.

"Why are you crying?" Barry asked putting his hands in his pockets.

Dakota froze and slowly shed the gloves. She turned and wiped her cheeks.

"Oh my god..." She whispered and tackled him in a hug. "You're awake..."

Barry squeezed her gently, "I just woke up."

Kota pulled away, "Should you be walking?"

"I feel great." Barry said.

"You heart stopped Barry. I watched you die." Kota murmured.

Barry grabbed her hand and put it over his heart beat, "It's beating. I'm okay..."

Kota smiled happily and gazed down at his hand over hers, "It's really fast..."

"So what have you been up to?" He asked.

Dakota went over to the white board, "I have a surprise for you!" She pulled down the sheet that revealed all the evidence on his mother's murder. "I've been working on it since you've been...busy. Other than that I haven't done much."

That last part was a lie of course, Dakota is the Blue Arrow. She's been busy.

Barry wrapped his arm around her shoulders, "Thank you...this is great. Hey can I ask you something?"

Dakota looked up at him, "Of course."

"You want to go to lunch sometime?" He gazed at her.

Kota smiled, "I'm surprised it took you this long."

Barry chuckled, "In my defense I was in a coma."

"Tomorrow." Dakota murmured.

"Alright I'm going to talk to Iris." Barry patted her shoulder. "I'll see ya later."

He started to walk away but Dakota opened her mouth to say something, "Barry....wait!"

He stopped in the doorway and turned to face her. Only then he realized how beautiful she was, How lucky he was to have her, "What's up?"

Dakota jogged up to him and grabbed the sides of his face, pulling him down to her lips. He smiled into the kiss and pulled at her waist bringing her close to him.

When Dakota finally pulled away Barry pouted and she patted his cheek, "Go see Iris."
