Dakota pushed the white board out from the shadows, "This is everything I have in Harrison Wells." She pulled out her drawing of the Reverse Flash and taped it to the board. "This too."

"Too many coincidences for a cop." Joe added.

"Too many coincidences in general." Dakota grumbled leaning back in her chair.

"You think he could have something to do with my mom's death." Barry told Joe. "How?"

"He's definitely the Reverse Flash." Kota murmured. "He had that dog bite. Makes perfect sense."

Cooper growled in agreement.

"Except the blood in Barry's house didn't match." Joe argued.

"Oh he is. I don't know how but he is." Dakota murmured. "And not to mention the fact that he hired Parker to kill my parents."

"Whatever he wants. He's been patient so we have to be just as patient." Joe was glancing between the articles.

Smoke billowed further out in the city. Barry sped away leaving Dakota and Joe shocked.

The man who called himself the Trickster made his speech before clicking off.

"That is not the Trickster." Dakota grumbled. "The real one is serving many life sentences in Iron Heights."

"How do you know that?" Joe asked.

"My parents are the ones that took him down. James Jesse. I think his name was. About twenty years ago there were a series of terrorist attacks. 10 people and two cops died trying to catch him." Dakota explained pulling up his file.

"I finally finished!" Cisco announced clicking a remote.

The wall slid open to reveal Dakota's suit on a manikin and her weapons next to it.

"Awesome..." She squealed with delight. "We should head to Iron Heights. Talk to him."

Iron Heights

"I didn't know this part of the prison existed." Barry pointed out as they headed down a dark and cold hallway.

"It was built especially for him." The guide replied. "Talked a criminal psychologist into suicide."

"Damn. That's crazy." Kota shuddered.

The guide handed Barry a bag of Twizzlers as they stopped in front of the door, "You'll need these."

"Okay..." Barry gave Dakota a questioning look as they entered the room.

"You look just like your father." James Jesse announced looking at Dakota.

"We'd like to ask you a few questions. I'm Detective Joe West and this is Barry Allen and Dakota-"

"I know who she is. I'll answer to her." Jesse replied.

Dakota didn't sit down and took the Twizzlers, and photos from Barry. She put them in the slot and he took them from it.

"Hundreds of those bombs were dropped throughout the city." Dakota still didn't sit down.

"Huh. Fun idea." He seemed like he was thinking about the idea. "How many people died?"

"No one." Dakota crossed her arms.

"Back in my day if no one died it was like the Cubs winning the pennant. It just doesn't happen." James said.

"The explosives we found in the bombs were the same composition as yours." Kota murmured.

"That's impossible. I haven't told that formula in twenty years." He sounded genuinely shocked.

"They're an exact match." Dakota argued.

"He must've found my lair." Jesse looked at the photos and bit a Twizzler.

"Let me guess. You're not gonna help." Dakota grumbled.

"You are correct. So you find this guy make sure your safety's off." Jesse swung the Twizzler in his hand.

Dakota and the others left the room, "I'll contact my friend at the FBI and see what they have on him."
