"What's a Lian Yu?" Joe asked.

"The island where Oliver was stranded for five years. ARGUS built a secret underground prison to keep Oliver's worst criminals there." Dakota explained easily.

"So we're shipping the metahumans from one illegal black site to another." Joe added.

"I'll call Oliver and see if he can help us. Cisco if we do this no one can get out." Barry insisted.

"On it." Caitlyn and Cisco left the Cortex.

"Um...Oliver might be unavailable." Dakota murmured.

"Huh?" Barry raised an eyebrow. "Why?"

"Not important to the situation. But Felicity should be able to help us put with a plane. Or ARGUS." Dakota replied.

"Bar...this is insane." Joe stated.

"I know...but it's the only way." Barry grumbled.

CCPD

"Hey so we have to get them to Ferris Airfield. ARGUS is gonna hook us up." Barry murmured to Joe.

"Oliver came through." Joe nodded.

"No actually he's in Nanda Parbat." Dakota replied and Joe looked at her weird. "Don't ask. What about the police escort?"

"No go. I could lose my badge. My job. I could go to jail. We could go to jail." Joe grumbled.

Bar

"I wanna drink. Ice cold." Snart said leaning up against the bar. He glanced behind him and turned around. "Well well well. If it isn't the Scarlet Speedster and the vigilante." 

"We need to talk." Dakota crossed her arms.

"You want beer? Food?" Snart offered.

"I could go for some fries. But we need your help." Dakota replied.

"How many?" Snart asked.

"Five. Very bad very dangerous people. With powers." Barry said.

"And you want me to freeze them if anything goes wrong?" Snart looked at them. "Why would I do that?"

"Central City is your home. If they go loose they'll destroy the city." Dakota whispered. "You said it yourself."

"Yes and it is." Snart snapped.

"It won't be your stomping grounds anymore." Kota murmured stepping closer to him. "You don't want that now do you?"

"If I'm gonna help you out I'll need something in return." Snart wrote something on a napkin and slid it across the bar.

"No. I can't do that." Barry scoffed.

Dakota widened her eyes, "Oh no. Definitely not. There has to be something else we can do."

"I'll think about it." Snart left the bar.

STAR Labs

"You talked to Leonard Snart?! Are you crazy?! Why would you do something so stupid?!" Joe shouted. "Especially you Dakota! Thought you joined the FBI!"

"I am in the FBI!" Dakota pulled a badge from her back pocket and flashed it around. "Doesn't mean I don't think it's not right! Because it's not! But it's the only way."

"Hey you got a badge. Nice." Cisco complemented.

"I thought about it." Snart announced. "I know what you can give me."

Dakota quickly put her badge in her back pocket.

"My name. Dental records, fingerprints. Anything related to Leonard Snart I want destroyed. Everything online, gone." Snart demanded.

Joe flashed his gun, "Hi."

"You can't be serious." Kota snorted with laughter.

"I'll do it." Barry murmured.

Time Skip

"That's all the physical evidence they have on you. I sent a virus to delete every digital record the CCPD, ARGUS, and the FBI have on you." Barry announced to Snart.

Dakota was standing next to him, "FBI seriously?"

Barry shrugged, "Sorry."
