"Pizza from Coast City. Supposed to be the best in the west." Barry dropped three boxes on the coffee table.

"In the past six months we've learned nothing. So we're going to start from the beginning." Joe said.

"Starling City!" Dakota clapped her hands. "I am so in!"

Cisco and her high fived as Caitlyn came to the couch, "Why?"

"Dr. McGee said after the accident Wells became a totally different person." Barry replied.

"Because the love of his life died?" Caitlyn raised her eyebrows. "Grief can do that to people. You and Dakota of all people should know that."

"The Reverse Flash killed Barry's mother and hired Parker to kill my parents." Dakota snapped. "Maybe he did the same to Tess Morgan."

"We need to start from the beginning see where it leads us." Barry added more gently.

"Can you cover for me? With Wells?" Cisco asked.

"You mean lie? I need some air." She stormed out of the house.

"She's not with us." Joe sighed.

"She is. I'll talk to her." Barry murmured. "You sure you want to go?" He brought Dakota close to him as the others went into the kitchen.

"Yeah. I need to see Oliver and find out what's going on with him anyway. Talk to Diggle." Dakota patted his chest.

"You be careful. You never know what you're going to find." Barry embraced her.

"I know." She murmured.

Starling City Police Department

"Here it is." Lance handed Joe the file.

Joe started to look through the photos and hand them to Cisco and Dakota.

"That's it?" Dakota asked combing through the photos.

"It was a cut and dry case Dakota. Tires blew out. They crash and Tess Morgan dies on the scene." Lance shrugged. "Why are you investigating it anyway?"

"Following a hunch." Joe replied. "We'd like to go to the scene."

"You're not going to find much but okay." Lance answered.

"This is where I'm stepping back. I have some friends I need to see." Dakota told Joe. "You cool with that?"

"Yeah Cisco and I can take it from here." Joe nodded.

Palmer Tech That Night

Dakota walked with Cooper holding a bag of Big Belly Burger, "Ya know when I came to Starling I wasn't expecting to see that Roy was arrested for being the Arrow."

Oliver smiled sadly, "What are you doing here?"

"Joe, Cisco, and I are investigating Wells. Thought I'd come by and see what the hell is going on." Dakota put the bag on the table. "And I brought food."

"We could use your help actually taking down a metahuman." Felicity said.

"Can't. Don't have my stuff. Strictly cop business." Dakota pulled out a burger and took a bite. "So what's the deal with Roy? Like what's going on?"

"Later." Oliver replied.

"Take away the radiation and you get a face." Ray said as a picture came up. "Jake Simmons."

"Last known address Central City. Traffic cams spotted him entering a power plant. Never came out." Felicity added.

"Let's go." Oliver started to walk away.

"Whoa. I thought the whole point of the team up was so you're not seen as a vigilante." Ray argued.

"Stop calling it a team up. The second you get in over your head-"

"I'll run. Fly actually."
