Barry dialed Eddie's desk phone, "Eddie! Where's Joe?! He's not answering his phone."

At the precinct Eddie stiffened up and didn't say anything.

"Eddie please it's important." Barry begged.

He still didn't say anything.

Dakota grunted and snatched the phone from Barry, "Eddie you better tell him where Joe is or I will personally beat you up until you beg for mercy."

"Joe went to Iron Heights. To see his father." Eddie gave in.

Dakota hung up and handed the phone back to Barry, "He went to see your dad..." I turned to the others. "Sorry you had to hear that..."

Caitlyn handed Barry a syringe, "I made an antidote of the poisonous gas. I hope you only have to use it once."

Barry was on his way to Iron Heights while the others were sitting at the desk in the Cortex.

"Cisco pulled up the specs on the prison. We think we can talk you through getting in." Kota said into the microphone.

"Don't bother I've been working on breaking my dad out for fourteen years." Barry replied.

When Barry got there, Nimbus was gone and Joe was spazzing on the floor. He grabbed the antidote and pushed it through Joe's neck.

Joe relaxed and looked up at Barry, "Go get him."

Barry found Nimbus on a road outside the prison.

"So come to finish what the gas chamber couldn't?" Nimbus asked.

"You're going some place you won't hurt anybody else ever again." Barry replied.

"That's where you're wrong." Nimbus took form of his gas.

Kota grabbed the microphone swinging it towards her, "Stay away from him Barry. Do not breathe him in."

Barry started to avoid the gas and stopped for a second, "That's not helping me guys."

"Zap his strength. He can't stay in his mist form for long. He'll need to reform his particles." Wells suggested.

Barry kept running through him until Nimbus had the wind knocked out of him. Barry punched him in the chest which sent Nimbus to the ground, unconscious.

"Barry. Barry." Kota repeated his name.

"We win." Barry said into his earpiece.

Kota high fived Cisco.

Time Skip @ Hospital

Barry was sitting in a chair by the door with Dakota curled up in his lap and her head resting in the crook of his neck.

Joe looked at Barry as he woke up, "It's been a long time since I watched you sleep."

Dakota slowly woke up and got off of Barry.

"Rescuing you is exhausting." Barry murmured walking to him. He grabbed his hand, "I could've broke my dad out of Iron Heights tonight."

"I know." Joe murmured.

"It's not the way to go." Barry continued.

"Daddy..." Iris murmured rushing into the room with Eddie.

"We'll let you guys talk." Barry took hold of Kota's hand and led her into the hall.

"Are you okay?" Kota asked. "Like really okay?"

Barry smiled, "Wells said that you've been holding together."

"Really?! He said that?! Yeah...I guess I have..." Kota murmured.

Barry brought her into a hug, "I'm proud..."
