Flashback
Barry was wearing boxing gloves and punching Joe's hands in the park. Dakota and Iris were watching from the sidelines.
"Punch Barry." Joe instructed.
"I am!" He cried out.
"You're getting frustrated." Joe grabbed his hands and lowered them. "You need to learn how to control them during a fight. Iris come here."
Iris stood in front of Barry.
"What about me?" Dakota pouted.
"You'll kick his butt before I even say go." Joe chuckled.
Barry swung at Iris who ducked and hit Barry twice in the stomach. He fell to the ground and Dakota helped him up.
She put her hands on his shoulders, "Never pick a fight you can't win. Sometimes the best one to win is the one you run from. If I pick I fight I make sure I win it first."
Barry nodded and hugged her, "Thank you."

"I've been meaning to ask you...where's your shadow?" Iris's friend asked her.
"What shadow?" Iris raised an eyebrow.
"That scientist. Barry." She replied. "I kinda miss having him around."
"Yeah." Iris closed the box.
"Iris." Tony said coming into the cafe.
Dakota was just heading into the cafe after training with uncle.
"Long time. No see." Tony continued. "You...you look amazing."
"Thanks...you look pretty good too..." Iris noticed Kota in the back glaring at Tony. Dakota moved her hand across her throat as if saying no.
"I stay in shape. I have a gym at my place. You should come by some time. At keystone on the west side." Tony added.
"So can I get you a drink?" Iris asked turning away from him.
"No I came to see you." He replied. "I found your blog about the Streak. Why are you writing about this guy?"
"People say he's a hero." Iris snapped.
"I just happen to know he took a beating last night and ran away like a little girl." Tony retorted.
Dakota stepped in front of Iris and gently pushed Tony back, "That's enough Woodward."
"Always here to save the day eh Miller?" Tony narrowed his eyes.
"Better watch it or I'll have to kick your ass...again." She threatened.
"Iris..." Her friend whispered and pointed at the TV.
Tony's picture was on the TV.
"I should call my boyfriend. He's a cop. Like my dad. He's picking me up for the policeman's ball. I should call to see where he is." Iris said grabbing her phone.
"I never liked cops too much." Tony replied leaning against the counter.
Dakota crossed her arms and glared.
Tony snatched Iris's phone and crushed it with his steel arm.
"Get outta here Tony before I have the CCPD and the FBI here in seconds." Dakota threatened.
"To be continued." Tony walked out of the cafe.
Dakota turned to Iris, "You alright?"
"Yeah. Want to meet the Streak tonight? He'll want to know he was here." Iris grinned.
Kota shrugged, "Why not?"Dakota dialed Barry, "Heeeey I'm gonna be late tonight. Sorry."
"It's okay. I will too." He hung up.
Barry showed up in his red suit, "Who's this?"
"This is Dakota. A friend of mine." Iris grinned.
"Wow..." She murmured winking at Barry.
"Are you two okay?" He asked.
"We're fine. Kota actually sent him away." Iris patted her on the shoulder. "He didn't come to hurt me."
"He came to impress her. But he's fixated on you. And not in a good way." Dakota crossed her arms.
"Do you know where he is?" Barry continued.
"Said he had a place. Out in West Keystone." Iris replied. "I don't know where though."
"I do." Barry replied and took off.
Dakota hugged Iris, "I have to go. It's really important. I'm sorry."
