STAR Labs

"Didn't think I'd figure out your move Harrison?" Hartley came over the intercom.

"What do you want Hartley?" Wells demanded.

"This is between you, me, and the Flash. Move your scarlet speedster while I take out a few pawns." Hartley said.

"Give me a lift." Dakota murmured. "Damage control."

Barry sped to the Blue Arrow Cave and grabbed her suit and weapons. He came back with it and she quickly changed.

"He's jamming all the frequencies. No way to find him." Cisco grumbled.

"Move." Kota gently pushed his chair out of the way and began flying her fingers across the keyboard. "Hartley is using sonic technology which means they might cause tremors. I'm searching for seismic activity. The Cleveland dam."

"Nicely done." Wells commented.

"Let's go." Barry whisked her to the dam and he grabbed a woman from a car that was about to fall 200 feet.

Dakota immediately ran to other cars and started to get people out, "Are you alright?" Some people nodded and thanked her. "Run! Just run! We'll handle this!"

Dakota turned to see Barry on the ground spitting out blood, the gloves tossed to the side, and Hartley standing over him.

"Shit." She grumbled. "I have to do everything for you."

Dakota notched an arrow and fired it into Hartley's shoulder. She grabbed his throat and push up against the guard rail.

"Find a way to stop the frequency or I'm going break it out of Hartley." Dakota ordered into the comms.

Hartley grunted in pain, "You're the same girl that sent her dog after me."

"Surprise." She pushed the arrow further into his shoulder.

Suddenly all the radios inside the cars started blaring a frequency. Hartley's hand devices started vibrating.

"Of course." Dakota aimed an explosive arrow at the devices and fired.

They exploded and Barry stood up. Hartley collapsed from the pain.

"Oops." Kota murmured.

STAR Labs

"Uh you're welcome by the way." Dakota announced rubbing Cooper's ears. "You good?"

"Thanks!" Barry shouted. "My ears are still ringing but otherwise I'm okay."

"Barry, sweetie, you're yelling." Kota put a hand on his arm.

"Sorry." He quieted down.

Dakota kissed his cheek, "I'm ordering pizza at my apartment. Meet me there."

Dakota and Cooper left the Cortex.

Dakota's Apartment

Dakota unlocked the door and turned on the lights. Nyssa was standing in front of her kitchen counter.

"I thought you were in Starling City." Kota commented.

"I've been going back and forth. An old friend requested my training." Nyssa replied.

"What are you doing here?" Dakota asked.

"How was the fight at the dam?" Nyssa raised her eyebrows.

"Fine. We got the guy." Kota replied as Cooper went over to his dish with food in it.

"Why didn't you kill him?" She continued.

"I'm trying not to let my friends see me like that. Let alone my boyfriend. I'm trying to get away from that." Dakota grumbled.

"You hesitated. Hesitation is dangerous. Hesitation will get you killed." Nyssa snapped.

"Barry will be here soon. You better head back to Starling." Dakota murmured.

Nyssa jumped out the kitchen window leaving the apartment.
