Dakota was sitting next to Matty in the interrogation room staring at a suspect, "Just tell us why you killed Cameron."

"I didn't kill him. I loved him." Carissa snapped. "He was the only family I had."

"Then explain why the day before he was killed you took out a huge life insurance policy on him!" Kota insisted.

"She's lying." Derek said into her earpiece.

"Just tell us the truth and we can tell the prosecutor you cooperated." Matty offered.

Carissa hesitated, "He kept hitting me. I had enough when he was fast asleep I smothered him with the pillow and dumped the body in the woods."

Dakota's phone rang, "I'm in the middle of something Cisco. It better be important."

"Get down to the lab. Now." He hung up the phone.

"I'm really sorry but I have to go." Dakota ran out of interrogation room.

STAR Labs

"I've been thinking about why Wells needed the wheelchair." Cisco announced.

"Sympathy." Barry guessed.

"He's the Reverse Flash. He's much smarter than that." Dakota argued. "Misdirect. Because why would the Man in Yellow be someone who's paralyzed."

"Exactly." Cisco tipped the wheelchair over and opened up a compartment to reveal a futuristic device. "I think it's some kind of battery. Enough to power the whole city."

"That explains why Wells is so much faster than you." Kota suggested.

The computer beeped and Cisco ran to it, "The particle accelerator just activated."

Dakota ran and grabbed her bow before sprinting down to the entrance. She opened the door and the Reverse Flash sped past her with Barry following him.

The door to Shawna's cell opened and she disappeared. Shawna knocked Kota's bow from her hand and Joe's gun pushing all three of them into the pipeline and shutting the door.

Dakota grabbed her bow and stood up, "You alright Cisco?"

"I'm good. I'm okay." He said.

A few minutes later the door opened and Shawna was back in her cell. Dakota stayed down in the pipeline looking around.

"Dakota you coming?" Cisco asked.

"Listen..." She murmured.

"Help!" Eddie cried out.

"Eddie..." Kota whispered and found a ladder that led deeper underground. She slid down the ladder and turned on her flash light.

"Help." He said weakly.

Dakota shined the flashlight in his face, "Eddie. How you feeling buddy?"

"You...were...shot...with an arrow..." Eddie slurred out.

"I'm okay. Let's get you out of here." Dakota cut the ropes and helped him stand up.

Joe reached on the other side and helped Eddie up the ladder.

Time Skip

"So what happens with the particle accelerator now?" Dakota asked.

Caitlyn shrugged.

"It made me." Barry murmured. "But it made more than just me."

"What will happen to the other metahumans in the containment cells? I thought the point was to rehabilitate them and send them back into the world." Joe pointed out.

"Well we can't leave them in there." Barry began. "And we certainly can't send them into the world."

Dakota crossed her arms, "It wouldn't be the worst thing in the world if they were obliterated."

Barry shook his head, "What if we move them?"

Joe scoffed, "Where?"

Dakota widened her eyes, "Lian Yu."
