Night

Joe and Eddie were at the same farm Joe was at nine months ago when the accelerator exploded.

Clyde Martin was outside brewing a tornado. Kota was in her suit hidden in the shadows of the building waiting. A piece of metal roofing came flying out of the tornado. A flash red came out of nowhere and threw it off its projected course towards Joe and Eddie.

Dakota ran forward and checked Joe, "You guys okay?!"

"We're good." Joe mumbled. "Eddie's unconscious."

Dakota turned and watched Barry unravel a tornado. Barry rolled twenty feet before getting to his knees.

"It's over." Kota heard him say. His mask was down

Clyde Martin stood from the dust holding a gun, "You're just like me!!!!"

"NO!" Dakota yelled. She fired an arrow into Martin's chest. Then another and another. Martin fell, dead. She ran up to Barry, "You okay?"

"I'm fine. Who are you?" He asked standing up.

"Another time." Kota murmured. "I won't tell anybody about your secret Barry."

"So you were right?" Joe came up to them. "About your mother. About everything." He looked at Kota. "How did you find us?"

"Not important." Kota answered. "I'll give you two a moment." Kota went to leave but remembered something. "Oh if you ever need to get a hold of me. Call the number it's programmed in." She handed him an encrypted cellphone. "Now that you're a superhero and all."

Dakota took off on her motorcycle.

Next Day

Dakota was staring out the window of the lab in the precinct.

"Are you going to stare out the window all day?" Barry asked behind her.

Barry watched her stare at the city chewing at the end of a pen and he smiled realizing how adorable she was like that. She spun in her chair and took the pen from her mouth.

She stood up and grabbed his hand dragging him out of the precinct, "I have to show you something."

"Kota where are we going?" Barry whined.

"You'll see." Kota led him to the abandoned warehouse.

"Why are we here?" Barry asked.

She turned and faced him bringing up her arms around his neck, "Do you trust me?" He nodded. "Good."

Dakota went into the basement and flicked the switch on. It revealed her lair and the glass case with her suit and bow. Barry walked past her and gazed in awe at the place.

"You're the Blue Arrow. Niiiice. I've seen that bow before. In Starling City." Barry pointed out.

"I can't believe you made me stay here. I wanted to come." Kota complained. "And as I recall I saved your ass twice now."

Barry snorted with laughter, "Yes you did." He wrapped his arms around her waist and brought her close. "Thank you."

Dakota hugged him, "You're welcome."
