Barry and Dakota got there just in time. Barry grabbed Joe and the other officers as a bullet almost hit them. Dakota shot the metahuman in the leg before he took off. Suddenly an arrow came flying out of nowhere and wrapped around the cop, pinning him to the ground. She looked up to see the Arrow standing there.
"Nice mask." He said to Barry and jumped into a hole in the ceiling.
Barry was grinning like a goof.
Hideout on Outskirts of City
"No matter what city you go to Big Belly Burger is always going to taste like Big Belly Burger." Felicity said taking a sip of her soda.
"You mean like grease and salt?" Diggle asked.
"I thought those were the secret ingredients." Felicity replied. "Oliver's back."
Barry zipped onto the porch of the building and dropped Dakota to her feet, "By the way we gave Oliver like a half hour head start."
Diggle's french fries flew in the air.
"Wait the Arrow is Oliver Queen?!" Dakota's jaw dropped. "I knew it!"
"Nice to see you Dakota!" Felicity hugged her.
"You're fast..." Diggle murmured.
"You guys didn't tell him?" Barry raised an eyebrow.
"Seeing is believing...or drooling..." Felicity chuckled slightly.
Oliver stepped up to the porch and pointed to Dakota, "Who is she? Barry why did you bring her?"
"I'm Dakota aka the Blue Arrow." She said. "I kinda work with Barry."
"Thanks for showing up back there. But I had it." Barry continued. "I was getting ready to make my move."
"As I recall I'm the one that had to shoot the metahuman in the leg." Kota added.
"Uh-huh." Oliver replied smiling a little.
"So what are you guys doing in Central City anyway?" Barry asked.
"Working a case." Felicity answered. "Suspicious homicide where the murder weapon was a boomerang." She handed the weapon to Barry.
"Cool." Barry said and Oliver looked at him funny. "I mean awful."
"Interesting choice of weaponry. I'll give him that." Dakota added.
"I found traces of iron oxide in it. It's a long shot but Central City has the highest concentration in the country." Felicity continued.
"I was following a lead when we heard SWAT chat over the radio. Thought I'd come by and watch you make your move." Oliver replied.
Barry smirked.
"I had cousin that got hit by lightning. He just developed a stutter." Diggle added.
Dakota tried to hide her laughter, "We're after a nasty metahuman who makes people angry."
"Cool. I mean awful." Felicity said.
"Since you guys are here why don't we team up? We'll help find your boomerang guy and you can help find our ragealohlic." Barry suggested.
"Love to." Felicity replied.
"No. Enough people already know my secret identity." Oliver glanced at Dakota.
"The best chance we have is to get STAR Labs on it. I'll go. They already know who I am." Felicity put the weapon back in the evidence bag.
"How about I give you a lift?" Barry picked Felicity up and took off leaving Dakota there.
"Um...can I get a ride back to my secret hideout?" Dakota asked.
"Come on." Oliver replied.
About twenty minutes later Oliver pulled up in front of the warehouse and Dakota got off. She thanked him and went inside.
Oliver pulled out his cellphone and called Diggle, "I want you to find out everything you can about Dakota."
