Dakota headed to Big Belly Burger  where her uncle was waiting. He sat in a dark booth in the corner wearing a dark suit.

"Finally something that doesn't stand out." Dakota smirked. "What is it?"

"I have to head back to Nanda Parbat. But there's a ceremony I must perform first. Every member goes through it. But I will send someone later to continue your training." Ra's replied.

"Hi! My name is Rachel and I'll be serving you today. What can I get you?" She asked coming to the table.

"One large fry and one milkshake please. My uncle's on a diet." Kota smiled.

Rachel nodded and walked away.

"When and where?" Dakota raised an eyebrow.

"Tonight. I'll send an address." He responded.

"I can't. Well maybe later. We're on the hunt for this nasty metahuman who makes people angry." Dakota murmured.

Rachel came back with the fries and the milkshake.

"Try one." Dakota giggled slightly shoving fries in her mouth. She glanced outside the window to see a dark van parked across the street.

Ra's tried a french fry and gave a look of satisfaction, "Interesting taste."

Dakota continued to look out the window, "I'm being followed."

Ra's looked out the window, "I know. Is there a reason why?"

Dakota put a ten on the table, "Finish the fries. I'll see you tonight. Maybe..."

Dakota headed out the back door and circled around the block. She reached the other side of the van and opened the door. She climbed inside and slammed the door.

"Why are the hell are you following me?!" Dakota glared at Diggle.

"Oliver doesn't trust you." He replied.

Her phone rang and it was Captain Singh, "Hi captain."

"I need you back at the precinct." He said.

"I'll be right there." Dakota hung up the phone. "I have to go."

"So who was that guy?" Diggle asked as Dakota got out of the van.

"A family friend." She smirked and shut the door.

Precinct

"Dakota. Where are you at with the Bivolo case?" Singh asked as she came into the elevator.

"Um...I've been out all day so Barry is probably the best person to ask. Sorry...a family friend is in town and-"

"Save it." Singh looked at Barry as he came in. "Allen where are you at with the Bivolo case?"

"I'm working it." He replied walking to the stairs.

"Get to it." Singh ordered.

Barry froze and advanced on Singh, "I work just as hard as anybody else in here! So back the hell off!"

Joe gently pushed Barry away, "Sorry Captain. He's having an allergic reaction to some medication."

"Keep his attitude in check." Singh walked away.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" Joe asked.

"I'm tired of Singh talking to me like that." Barry grunted.

"Well you calm down or you'll lose your job." Joe stated.

Barry got right in his face, "I am calm! You'll know when I'm angry!"

Dakota stepped in between them and shoved Barry, "Barry...you need to calm down...that metahuman is effecting you..."

Barry started walking towards her as if he were pinning her against the wall, "What do you know?! You're a murderer with no family!"

Barry stomped away from her. Kota leaned back against the wall and took a deep breath.

"Dakota...are you okay?" Joe whispered.

"Fine...go to STAR Labs. I'll meet you there..." Dakota took the stairs to the garage and jumped on her bike.

She rode to the warehouse and put on her suit. Kota slung her bow over her shoulder and took off towards STAR Labs. She parked in the garage and went into the Cortex.

Joe was just arriving, "He's been whammied."

Dakota shifted uncomfortably, "His eyes went red."

"Because the way his body works the effects are hitting him slower." Caitlyn explained.

"Rage is a powerful emotion. The longer you express your emotions..." Wells trailed off.

"The bigger the explosion." Felicity finished.
