Nandani reaches india finally....jet lag and headache does not stop her from rushing to hospital right away...

Manik's car is waiting for her in the parking area...
She greets the driver, and sits into the car as quickly as she can...

Being a celebrity comes with paparazzi....which can be a big headache...

After a 1/2 hr she finally reaches the hospital..

There she sees manik waiting for her...she rushes towards manik and hugs him tightly...manik hugs her even more tightly

"Uggh!..manik..your are suffocating me", nandani speaks breaking the hug

"Sorry, miss rockstar", manik replies

"Manik...for you i always want to stay as your sweet, shy nandani..", nandani speaks looking at manik

Manik pulls nandani closer anf kisses her forehead...

"Nandani!!!", mukti comes rushing to her

"Mukti...hi!", nandani replies hugging mukti

"Aww, baby missed you soo much", aliya says running towards nandani

"Misses you too", nandani replies

"How is cabir?", nandani asks and everyone stays silent

"Tell!!", nandani demands

"Doctor told, cabir will undergo a last surgery, if he recovers then awesome but if he does not come out of coma after the operation..then he would never come out of coma ever again", manik replies with a sad voice

Nandani gasps in shock and looks at manik...manik too looks at nandani with a broken hope..
Aliya and mukti too become disspointed

"What about navya?", nandani replies

"Just don't take her name!!!!!!...never again!!!!!", mukti replies , rushing back to cabir' s room

"Yes nandani, navya had betrayed us....none of us can ever forgive her!!", aliya replies and she too goes towards mukti

Nandani looks at manik with a sad face, but manik remains silent...he then asks her to come with him to cabir's room

Nandani enters the room and sees cabir...tears come out of her sad eyes...sge wipes them and hugs manik...they hugs for some time, while nandani cries her heart out..

Mukti and aliya too are not able to hold back their tears...manik too wipes his tears..

Doctor enters the room, and greets all of them

"I know it is a really tough decision, but i and my team will give 200%.....", doctor said bringing a small ray of hope in everyone's heart...

Cabir is taken to O.P (operation theatre), while manik, nandani, aliya and mukti sit at the waiting area..

"Where is dhruv?", asks nandani

"He had a very urgent meeting to attend, he will be back any moment", aliya replied

Everyone sits on their seats and the area become silent and none of them speaks a word...

As the time passes more anxious, they become...

Abhimanyu was in thailand for some work purpose...he calls mukti

"Hey baby...how cabir?", abhimanyu asks

"He is O.P...surgery going on", mukti replies

"Oh...do message me as soon as doctor comes out of O.P", replies abhimanyu

"Ya sure abhi...ok i will keep the phone", mukti replies and keeps the phone down

After 4 hours doctors come out, of Operation theatre...
All of them suddenly get up from their respective seats and surround the doctor...

With fingers crossed, manik asks
Doctor

"Doctor what happened?", manik asks

"We are sorry......
