Riley's P.O.V
~Song: Back For You- One Direction (I know it's old but it fit the chapter so well and I like one direction) (also don't judge me just because I like them) "Back for you back for you back for you youuuu" I sing out of tune loudly while cleaning my room. Maya positively hates One Direction and she's coming over so I wanted to annoy her with their music. Especially their old bubblegum pop music that they didn't write. She hates them so much she loathes them. Back in March of last year when Zayn left the band Maya told me while I was crying "Serves the boys right. They were singing shitty music so obviously he left that fucked up group. I mean, I would do the same."
I ended up getting over the fact that he left, I mean he was never my favorite. Niall was my favorite because of his cuteness. Maya hates it when I call boys cute because she says I act like a preteen. Just because I don't want to call people 'hot' doesn't mean I act like a preteen. I'm actually a pretty mature girl. Maya knocks on my bay window and I immediately open it for her. "Oh my god! Lucas found out I had sex with Josh and-" I stop her as soon as she finishes saying Josh's name. "Oh my god! What the hay Maya!" I scream at her. Maya looks confused as she says "What? Ohhh fuck. I'm sorry Riles we were drunk. It was one time. I glare at her. One dangerous time. "Did you.." My voice trails off because I know she knows what I said. I'm not that dumb. I do take normal classes in high school. "Oh yeah, obviously." Maya says. "No more okay Maya? You can't be my aunt!" Maya nods and apologizes. "Lucas kinda became Texas Lucas again." What? I was the only who could keep him calm. It all makes sense now. "Oh shiz Maya." I say as I grab my phone and some dollar bills. "What the hell are you doing Riley? Finding a new friend?" I face my friend and say "No. To make sure Lucas is okay." As I climb out of my window, I hear Maya whine "I thought you were over him!"
