“You do realize that we’re right here?” I asked Harlow as she kissed her brand new boyfriend, Jared.

That’s right. Harlow and Jared were now together. They had become exclusive around a week and a half ago.

I had to admit, it was quite cute. They made a great couple. They always seemed to be happy now. Harlow hasn’t frowned in such a long time because of her new boyfriend, which made all of us smile as well.

She narrowed her eyes at me as she laid her head on his shoulder. “There. I stopped.”

Today seemed to be couples day, everyone had their boyfriend or girlfriend over. Jessie and Mason were cuddling on the couch next to Jared and Harlow, I was sitting on Jonah’s lap and Peyton had just kissed Zack’s forehead. Lucas and McKinley were now official, so they had no trouble cuddling in front of us. I was sort of used of the idea.

Maven and Drew were sitting in the living room also. Maven seemed perfectly fine with the fact that there were couples surrounding her, however Drew begged to differ. His eyes were stuck on Peyton as she looked at Zack with such awe. I watched as he clenched and unclenched his fists as he watched the happy couple.

Zack and Peyton were really serious now. They were never apart, meaning he was always over at the apartment. Somehow, they always had to cuddle, hug or kiss in front of Drew. It seemed as if you could actually hear his heart break if you listened and watched closely.

“Let’s do something fun today!” Jessie then decided, breaking the silence. “I don’t want to spend my day in the apartment.”

I nodded my head in agreement. “Same here. What do you guys want to do?”

Jonah leaned his head back. “I actually feel like hanging out with Mandy, Gabby and Tommy.”

The Littles and us had spending quite a lot of time together. We had even babysat them two weeks ago when their parent had a supper to go to. The kids were just so funny with the things they say and do. They were actually really fun to hang out with.

Jared and Lucas had met our little friends the other day and they loved them.  Zack, on the other hand,  raised his eyebrow. “Who are they?”

“I forgot that you hadn’t met them yet,” Peyton said. “They’re three kids, they’re so cute!” She gushed.

“Let’s go see them!” I said as I hopped up from the couch. We all got up and made our way outside of our own apartment and towards the door of The Littles’.

We knocked on their door and we were greeted by Mandy. “Hey guys!” She said with a smile once she saw us.

“Hey Mandy!” We all said, even Zack who had caught on.

Gabby appeared beside her older sister. It seemed as if her hair got curlier every single day. “Hi! You guys wanna play tag?! Tommy learnt how to play last week!”

I looked at Jonah and then I smiled at the kids. “Of course! Let’s go!”

They told their mom they were leaving and soon we were all making our way towards the backyard. It was now the middle of March so the snow was melting, meaning it was easier to run around outside.

We all stood in a circle and looked at each other.  Tommy had a game face on,  which was adorable.

“First, we have to choose who’s it,” Mandy directed.

The three kids looked at each other and they exclaimed, “Not it!” Meaning that it was against all of us adults to determine who it was.

Soon, it was decided. Mason was the “lucky” one who got to chase us all around.
