Super High School Level Actor Chiyosu Sunadu's POV
Things kind of calmed down after the whole 'kidnapping' deal. As usual, Zuka was ignoring me. So was nearly everybody else. But oh well. I'm used to it by now.
On Halloween, the school ended up decked out by the Student Council brats who act like they're better than everybody. That prissy princess, Nevermind or something like that, is the leader. Due to my lack of popularity, I didn't get in. I didn't even apply, actually. Too much work when it isn't a crime. Now that's fun.
I walked through the hallway and stared at the ghost sheet that hung above my homeroom door. I grinned slightly. That reminded me of when I messed up that impersonation chick's room. Akane hadn't been in the mood to vandalize much lately, so I had been holding back my urge to commit some sort of crime like that. That sheet only reminded me of the fun and evil behind what happened then.
I stomped over to my seat in the classroom, sitting down at my desk and pulling out a paper. I began plotting my next vandalism on the page. But who's room to do? Akane and I had done quite a few by now, so there were only about 75% of the rooms left.
Then it hit me.
What if I messed with the hallway decorations? I'm sure that a bunch of people would be creeped out by that sort of thing.
I ran to find Akane so we could formally begin planning.
Super High School Level Prince Sabastian Michaelis' POV
Ayameko wasn't allowed to go back to classes for about a week after the kidnapping incident. Xindel and I decided to stay with her and that other chick (who I admit I forget the name of quite frequently) until they had full recovered.
I squeezed Ayameko's hand while she was asleep in her room. She sure did look peaceful like that... Too bad that Alexis jerk tired her out to this point. I was planning on punking her (in a small way) like I do every year. One time, when we were six, I stole a sheet from my parents' room and made it into a ghost. Aya looked like she was going to have a heart attack while i was dying of laughter. Oh, good times...
I held back a somber smile as I stared at her sleeping form. School didn't end for another few hours, so Ayameko and I would a little bit of peace and quiet time after the whirlwind of chaos from the week before. I welcomed just the thought.
I glanced over to Xindel, who was looking down at his girlfriend in guilt. I guess that he was thinking about what he could have done to help them. The thought had struck me multiple times since I started watching Ayameko. It stings to think that we could have done something, protected them from Alexis or something like that...
Why is it so hard to get guilt to disappear?
Super High School Level Horror Akane Misaki's POV
After school, Chiyosu dragged me off to her room for some reason. I didn't really understand it, but then again, it's not like anybody ever understands somebody like her. She's more than a little bit strange, and that's coming from her closest friend.
"What is this about?" I asked once the two of us were alone in the room.
"I know what our next vandalism project could be," Chiyosu smirked.
"How many times do I have to tell you that I'm not comfortable doing this sort of stuff?" I groaned to her.
Chiyosu huffed. "It'll be fun. And now, the entire school will have to look at our brilliance. I'm planning to mess with the Halloween decorations that are all over the place," she continued. "It'll be great. Come on. Don't be a stickler like Ayameko. She got kidnapped because somebody wanted to show her a good time."
I didn't entirely agree with that theory about Ayameko and Chouko's disappearances, but I knew well that messing with Chiyosu when she got insistent and even rude like this, it was best to just go along with her. "Fine..." I grumbled unhappily.
"That's the spirit!" Chiyosu exclaimed, completely changing attitudes. "My idea is to start it out like this..."
I admit that I stopped listening at this point. What? You would do the same if you were forced to hang out with somebody you're not particularly fond of.
And let me assure you, I'm not at all fond of Chiyosu Sunadu.
Super High School Level Ninja Zuka Fubayashi's POV
I was roaming the halls after school that day doing pretty much nothing. I had gotten lucky and no teachers assigned me homework or I finished it during class, so I had free reign over my life for the next twelve or so hours.
I decided to take advantage of it by maybe relaxing in my room and doing what I call fun: reading a good book while gorging on ice cream. The stuff is great. Most kids around the school prefer the doughnut shop near here, but I like the ice cream store much better.
Before I could start on this plan, I got to my door and tried to open it with my key, but it was like something was jamming it. I almost called out to whoever was inside to demand that they unlock the door, but a few voices stopped me.
I recognized the voices as belonging to Chiyosu and Akane after a few seconds of focusing on the people I knew and the way they spoke. I leaned in close to the door in an attempt to hear just what it was that they were talking about and why they would need to jam the door over it...
I couldn't hear most of it, but there was one word I understood perfectly well:
Vandalize.
And that's when reality struck.
Chiyosu and Akane were most likely the vandals that had been running around the school halls since the start of the year.
