The Light

Chapter 19

"We shouldn't be here late at night. It is not safe, we don't have any weapons and you're still ill!" Legolas whined

Yulier let out a small chuckle and looked at Legolas "Relax. Nothing is going to happen, I just want you to see something, and Aragorn let me go out for the night, he believes that I am well" she continued her pace and walked towards the forest "He has a lot of knowledge when it comes to medicine"

"Aye, Aragorn was taught by Lord Elrond himself" Legolas answered

Yulier's white Rohan maiden clothes gently flow through the grass as they both walk to the heart of the forest

"What are we doing here?" Legolas asked

"Recently, the forest has lost it's life, little by little. The trees aren't blooming, they aren't producing any fruits to eat, they're dying. And as the Lady of the woods, I do not intend to watch them die, I have to do something." Yulier walked towards the big lake and she was like a light feather walking in the surface of the water

Legolas was awed on what he have seen, he never taught that it it would be possible to walk on water

Yulier looked one last time at Legolas and closed her eyes, she hummed a song and started to move her arms gracefully

Legolas watched carefully, feeling curious on what is going to happen

A melody came out from Yulier's lips, she slowly dance to the melody, giving off an elegance feeling. The little lights appeared and danced to her song, the water is dancing too, fishes swimming around her, the trees are dancing joyfully as well.

Legolas watched with amazing, for the first time in his whole life, he never gets to see this beautiful scene, except for the time Yulier sang a song to him.

Her whole body was glowing with white light. She turned around and jump, extending her arms here and there. Everytime she moved her body a glowing light was exiting her body, like healing the whole forest. For the finale, she turned three times and as she stopped a big light expanded its way through the whole forest

The forest slowly changed, the trees are sparkling beautifully, and the water is sparkling clean. There were beautiful song inside the forest

Legolas looked around and saw the change "So you're the one who was singing back then? On the Mirkwood forest?"

Yulier smiled "Yes, I was. I want to return the whole beauty of your land"

"Thank you" the only word that exit on Legolas' lips

Yulier extended her hand towards Legolas "Dance with me" she smiled and looked around "It would be such a waste not to dance in this beautiful forest and in it's beautiful song"

Legolas smiled and reached out for her hand.

Slowly, they dance to the melody, looking at each others eyes, holding close, everything is perfect, they both couldn't ask for more.

Legolas hold Yulier's back tightly, making her move closer to him, he let out a sly smirk

"Too close" Yulier said while walking

"I love it this way" Legolas said as he spin Yulier around and hold her close again "It's like nothing can tear us apart"

Yulier smiled and put her head to Legolas chest

'I love that too' she thought to herself

The melody was getting more beautiful around them , the little lights are still dancing around them, everything was beautiful and perfect.

Suddenly, the two stopped and looked at each other

"Would you punish me.." Legolas held Yulier's chin "If I do this" suddenly Legolas' lips were on Yulier's

Yulier stood shock on what Legolas did

The kiss broke and Legolas put his forehead to hers "I should be punish for not being able to control myself. Forgive me"

Yulier touched Legolas cheeks with her hands, bowing down she bit her lip and took a deep breath. She looked up, looking at Legolas blue eyes that represents the sea

"I shall punish you" Yulier moved her head towards Legolas', she tiptoed to reach Legolas lips

Once again their lips met, kissing passionately, Legolas' right hand hold Yulier's back tightly for support and his left hand was caressing her cheeks. The kiss was full of love and passion, they did not want to break the kiss they want it to last forever.

"Legolas" she whispered between their kisses

Legolas hand moved from her cheeks to the back of her head to deepen the kiss

Yulier hold on to Legolas' chest so tightly, she was feeling like she was about to faint

Legolas kisses fell from her lips to her neck

"Legolas. Legolas" she repeated in her moans

Suddenly Legolas stopped with wide eyes "Forgive me" He kneeled in front of her "I shouldn't have done that forgive me Lady Yulier"

Yulier felt like crying, everything has limits in her world. She is the next Lady of Light but just for once, for this time, she wants to pull away from the responsibilities.

She looked at Legolas who was walking away

"No" she told herself "Just this once. No limits" she ran towards Legolas "Forgive me mother but I love him"

her steps we're like water drops in the lake.

Legolas reached for the land and as he stepped on it suddenly Yulier hugged him from the back "Take me Legolas. I am all yours" her hug tightens

Legolas eyes were widen "But.."

"I need you Legolas" she breathed in the tears "I love you Legolas"

Legolas quickly turned to Yulier's direction and kissed her deeply
