Chapter 15

"Yulier" Yulier looked at Legolas who just called her "Can I talk to you?" He asked

Yulier nodded "Sure"

They walked inside the forest

"Are you okay?" Legolas asked

"Yes, I've been well" Yulier answered

"Are you not afraid? Are you mortified? Did you get hurt in your journey?" Legolas asked worriedly

Yulier smiled "I am not afraid nor mortified Legolas and I am certainly not harmed"

"I was so worried about you" Legolas said honestly

Yulier stopped for a second for what she have heard

Legolas cleared his throat "Is Alhor good?"

Yulier quickly looked at Legolas but Legolas didn't meet her gaze

"He's a good friend and a partner" Yulier said still looking at Legolas "Why are you asking?"

"Just curious" Legolas turn away

Yulier sighed "Right. Curious"

"Your father.." Legolas started "Your father told me about what you have experienced in the chamber of Lights"

Yulier tensed up "Oh"

"I am sorry If I have known your past. I didn't mean to do so" Legolas said

Yulier shook his head "No, it's fine. My father decided to tell it to you so I will not oppose any longer"

"Why did you leave that night Yulier?" Legolas finally asked

Yulier tightly closed her eyes "I just wanted to go to Lorien quickly to have my mother's approval"

"You could've just wait for us in Lothlorien" Legolas said, raising a tone a little bit

Yulier looked at Legolas "It doesn't matter now" She turned her back away from Legolas "We should get going"

She was about to walk when Legolas stopped her

"We are not going until you tell me why did you leave that night. Tell me the truth" Legolas said and tightly gripping Yulier's hand as if she will be gone sooner or later "Do you not understand? I care for you" he said in a soft voice

Tears betrayed Yulier, slowly tears fell down on her cheeks. She stayed that way, turned against Legolas

"It's because of you!" She burst and faced Legolas. She steal her hands away from him "You are the reason why I left that night! You've hurted me!" She cried "My mother told me that I will find my match and one of her choices is you! I was interested in you because I've heard a lot of stories about you, and the first time I saw you, I knew, I knew you would be the one whom I'll pick, you were my match!" She shouted "But I guess I was wrong. An elf falls in love once in his/her lifetime, once! And then I saw how you looked at Tauriel, how you care for her! Wishing I was her but I am not! You have fallen in love to an elf whose deeply in love with a dead dwarf!" She said

And with that Legolas slapped her

Her eyes widen for she didn't experienced that, Legolas too was shocked for what he has done, he never slapped any one. An elf do not slapped someone

Yulier wiped her tears away "I-I loved you" she composed herself "They say that I'm strong for I have experienced a lot of horrible things but this is the only one thing I cannot fight. Thank you for waking me up to this madness." She finally said and left

Legolas just stood there, shocked

"Princess. What happened?" Alhor asked "He slapped you?" Alhor asked in a shock while checking her cheeks

She can feel Legolas gaze to her

"Don't worry. It's nothing" Yulier said "I am going to take rest. Good night"

Yulier lay down on the grass near at Alhor

Alhor looked at Legolas who is now looking at him, Alhor looked away for he did not want to talk to the elven prince

"What information did you get Yulier?" Aragorn asked

"Orlocs, they came from the borders of Mordor. They are ruled by Lord Ulroc, one of the five wizards who had fell into the darkness" Yulier said "They are much stronger than orcs, they are much more skilled, most of their weapons are poisonous so you really have to be careful around those weapons" Yulier said while checking Aragorn's wound "They said they have come for revenge , for Sauron"

"They we're planning in resurrecting him" Alhor continued

"Resurrect? How is that possible?" Gimli asked

"Through black magic sir dwarf" Yulier answered "Wizards are capable of handling black magic, it can resurrect any living dead to life" Yulier sighed "I am sorry but that is just the information I have"

"No, it's a big help" Aragotn tapped Yulier's shoulder "Thank you"

Yulier smiled at Aragorn "I think we should get going"

"With an army of Orlocs like that, I am sure they have dangered the villages in Rohan" Gimli said

"Let's go"

One month have passed, Legolas and Yulier are still not talking to each other. They also reached the Kingdom of Rohan

"King Aragorn" the knights bowed at the presence of Aragorn

"Rise" Aragorn said "I must see your king" he said in an authorative voice

The knights bowed and showed the way to the castle

"Aragorn" Eomer called

Yulier just stood by Alhor's side, wearing the hood of her cloak for no one will notice her odd white hair

"It is nice to see you again King Eomer" Aragorn greeted "I have some news"

"It's about the creatures roaming around in Rohan, am I right?" Eomer exclaimed

"Yes. They are called Orlocs" Aragorn said

"Those Orlocs, are roaming around the borders of Rohan, attacking small villages, burning the houses, killing men and horses, harassing women and children." Eomer said with a disgusted tone

Yulier tightly closed her eyes remembering the scene they have seen in the village. Remembering it made Yulier dizzy but Alhor quickly supported her

"I ordered an attack but they quickly escaped" Eomer said

"We already took care of them" Gimli said "They were about to escape when we caught them and killed them"

"Thank you for that" Eomer said as he bowed his head "How did they passed the borders of Gondor?" Eomer asked looking at Aragorn

"They must have passed through the mountains" Aragorn said as he pressed his fingers in his head

Eomer sighed "Where are my manners? Please take a seat and I'll give you a feast, I know that you have been through a lot of journey come"
