The next morning, everyone woke up. They ate breakfast and was about to go off and do some training when Caspian called out to everyone, "I need everyone in the How now!"

At that point, all the Narnians went to the basement level of the How.

"What the hell is going on?" someone demanded.

"Oh, will you just shut up?" another one said irritably.

Caspian joined up with Peter and both stand in front of the stone table.

Susan, Edmund Lucy followed everyone into the basement level of the How and soon they joined Bastila and several others.

"What happened?" Susan asked.

"It's time." Bastila said and the siblings looked at each other, first they were confused, but suddenly they understood.

Everyone crowded around the room and finally Caspian spoke in a projective voice.

"Okay, everyone, I need your attention!" Caspian announced. "We got some serious things to discuss. As many of you now, I was once a Telmarine, but I've seen the horrors that my uncle unleashed onto Narnia, which is why I recruited everyone in this room for help. But I've decided that it's time to give them a wake-up call!"

"Yeah! Shit! Damn! Woo-hoo!" The room echoed with roars of cheering from everyone the room, but then Caspian motioned everyone to be silent.

"Now, I know that this is my mission, but I've summoned a few people, who are no strangers to Narnia." Caspian said and looked at Peter and then at Susan, Edmund and Lucy in the crowd. "As well as some of you are no strangers to wars, being captured and other things." He eyed at Bastila. "As for now, I like to request High King Peter to lead us to Miraz's castle."

Caspian looked at Peter, who then nodded and took a few steps forward from Caspian's position.

"It's only a matter of time," Peter said. "Miraz's men and war machines are on their way! That means that same men aren't protecting the castle."

"What do we propose we do, your Majesty?" Reepicheep asked.

"We need to get ready for it..." Caspian started at the same time when Peter started with "To start planning for..."

There was a long silence, and Caspian nodded to Peter for him to finish his sentence.

"Our only hope," Peter said, looking slightly angered but remain focused in his plan. "is to strike them before they strike us."

"But that's insane!" Caspian said, "I mean, no one has ever taken that castle!"

Peter looked at him superiorly. "There's always a first time," he said.

"We have the element of surprise." Trumpkin said.

"But we have the advantage here!" Caspian insisted.

"If we dig in, we could probably hold them off indefinitely." Susan said, who stepped out and earned a glare from Peter.

"I, for one, feel safer underground," one of the Narnians said.

"Look here, everyone." Peter said to the Narnians in the room. "I appreciate what you've done here, but this isn't a fortress. It's a tomb."

"We could defend ourselves a lot better here." Bastila spoke up and everyone turned to her. "Okay, I know I have a history of trespassing castles and places like that, but if we fight here, it's easier, because if we fight there, they won't play nice and they're much stronger than here."

"Look, Bastila..." Peter started his sentence with a death glare for her, when Edmund interrupted him.

"Yes, she might have a point." Edmund agreed, "Besides, if the Telmarines are any smart, they could just wait and starve us out!"

"We could collect nuts!" a squirrel said excitedly.

"Yes, and throw them at the Temarines!" Reepicheep said sarcastically and then turned to the squirrel. "Shut up!" He turned to Peter. "I think you know where I stand, sire."

"If I get your troops in..." Peter said, turning to a centaur, "...can you handle the guards?"

The centaur looked at Peter, then at Caspian, and after a moment at Peter again. "Or die trying, my liege." he said.

"That's what I'm worried." said a voice and everyone turned to see it was Lucy who spoke.

"What did you say?" Peter asked with a slight irritance in his voice.

"Well, you're all acting like there's only two options!" Lucy said. "Dying here, or dying there."

"Have you really been listening, Lucy?" Peter asked, becoming frustrated.

"No, you're not listening!" Lucy said angrily. "Or have you forgotten who really defeated the White Witch, Peter?"

There was a silence in the room and everyone looked from Lucy to Peter. Edmund exchanged anxious glances with Susan. Bastila looked worried. Lucy can only see flames flaring up in Peter's eyes.

"I think we've waited for Aslan long enough." Peter said with anger in his voice and walked out of the room.

Everyone watched him left and then saw tears in Lucy's eyes, Susan raised her eyebrows, Edmund rolled her eyes and Caspian looked quite surprised.

"What a dick." Bastila hissed, but then she realized that she was standing next to Edmund. "Okay, no offense, Edmund, but I think Peter's gotta learn how to stay cool."

"It's fine, Bastila, we all said the same thing about him ever since we left Narnia." Edmund said.

At that moment, Lucy joined up with Edmund as Bastila walked off with the others.

"Oh, Edmund, what has Peter become?" Lucy said tearfully.

"It's okay, Lucy." Edmund said reassuringly. He hugged Lucy. Susan walked towards them and hugged them.

"You do realize that whatever Peter is doing, it's reflecting your past actions." Susan said unhappily.

"I'll be okay, thanks you two." Edmund gave them a grin and then walked off.
