Kai

I sat at the table on my phone waiting for Justin to get here. My mom was in the kitchen making lasagna and salad, while my dad was in the living room watching that basketball game.

My Baby: Are you sure I don't need to dress up?

Kai: You can still dress nicely but you don't need to wear a tux lmao

My Baby: I'm nervous

Kai: babe, it's just my parents. I swear they are really nice and chill. Just use your manners ok?

My Baby: of course I'm big boy :)

Kai: you're such a loser I'll see you soon

I helped mom cook the rest of the dinner. A doorbell was rung while I was mixing the salad. I wiped off my hands and walked to open the door.

Justin stood there with a tight plain white t short that showed the outline of his abs, with a pair of nice denim jeans.

"Well are you guys going to say anything to each other or are you just going to contains to stare at one another?" My mom smirked behind me.

"Sorry." We both said in unison.

Justin stuck his hand out, "Hi, Mrs. Spencer, I'm Justin Bieber and I have the honor of dating your daughter."

"Oh sweetheart, we only hug around here." My mom walked up to him and wrapped her arms around him, "I've heard so much about you. What a cutie pie you are. Oh honey, and please call me, Lydia, you make me sound old. I love your manners though. Make yourself comfortable dinner is almost ready."

We walked into the living room, where my dad was watching his game.

"Dad..." I lightly slapped his shoulder.

"Oh sorry, where are my manners." My dad looked up at Justin, "and you must be the boyfriend."

"Yes, Sir, it's nice to meet you." Justin stuck his hand out. My dad shook his hand back and sat back down to watch his game.

"You like basketball?" My dad asked.

"Love it." Justin responded.

"Dad, Justin is going to be playing on the team with Ri." I smiled, being proud of my baby.

"Awesome can't wait to see you play." He gently smiled, "Now here's a question that will determine if I like you or not?"

"Dad!" I whined.

"Shoot.." Justin challenged my dad to ask the question.

"Lakers or Clippers?" He asked.

"Lakers, of course."

"Justin, you can call me James." My dad said amused that Justin liked the same team as him.

Justin sat down to watch the game with my dad. I didn't even try to talk to them since they were so intrigued with the game. I walked into the kitchen with my mom, "I think dad stole my boyfriend away from me."

"Come on that was a foul." Justin yelled at the tv.

"Oh honey, don't be so dramatic. Go tell them that dinner is ready."
