Chapter 21 - The Pill

Sasuke starred at her shocked from the words that came out her mouth. His face turn white as if he saw a ghost. Ino stood quiet an frozen as Sasuke looked at her. "Y-you... WHAT?!?!" Ino stood quiet as Sasuke got angrier. "S-Sasuke, let me explain!" Ino stepped back a bit, nervous from his reaction. Itachi walks down the hall with coffee as he return to Sakura's room and saw them. "Your best friends in the bed! How could you be apart of that!" Ino stood quiet. She didn't know that Deidara would tricked her, and Sasuke wasn't making it any better. "Sasuke. Calm down". Itachi reached up to them. "Itachi..." Itachi lean against the wall. "What's going on?" Ino looked down tearing. "The plant that was used in the pill was planted by me... But it's not my fault! Deidara told me to plant them! He said it was for his girlfriend, so that's why I plant them". Sasuke calm down as he heard what she had to say. "You have to believe me! I would never do this to my best friend, ever!" Itachi looked in her eyes as she started to cry insanity.

Itachi drank his coffee and thought to himself. "Do you have any proof?" Ino thought and had an idea. Itachi drove them to Ino's place as they where going to check Deidara room. As Itachi parked his car, Sasuke followed Ino into her house. "Hello?" There wasn't a soul in the house. Itachi rushed into the house. "Ok, I don't know when he'll be back, so lets hurry!" The Uchiha brothers quickly followed Ino as they went towards Deidara's room. The room was dark. Ino turn on the lights, she saw everything messy. The mattress on the floor an photos all over the table. Itachi looks around the table and saw one pill at the edge of the table. He took it and put it in a bag. "Is that it? Ino looked at the pill in the bag. "Who knows". Itachi moved the photos around and saw the photos of Sakura. The photos that are suppose to be spread around was lying on Deidara's table this whole time.

Sasuke stood still, shocked. All this time, he thought Karin had the Photos, but they were in Deidara room. "Sasuke..." Ino couldnt help but feel like it was her fault. "Lets go". Itachi started to walk out. "Itachi! This is our chance!" Sasuke tried to reason with Itachi. "If he sees the photos gone, he's going to attack Ino and we can't have that". Itachi gave him a look. Sasuke looked down and followed him out the room. Ino waved good-bye as they drove off. Ino locked the door behind her as she went to the living room crying. "Sakura... I'm sorry..."
