Chapter 145 - On His Knees

(Two Months Laters)
Sakura stood in front of Sasuke in their dark room as he couldn't dress himself up. Today was the court day for Fugaku Uchiha, and all Sasuke could remember is his mother's scared face that last time. Sakura looked up into her fiancees dark sad eyes and knew the pain of losing a parent.. Losing his brother, mother and her parents was the hard to experience, though deep down if they lost one another they wouldn't continue living. "Sasuke-kun... you're all ready" Sasuke didn't realized that Sakura was done helping him put his tie. He looked down on her stomach and saw the baby bump. It was about to be three months into the pregnancy and soon they were going to find out the gender of the baby. As he stared at the baby bump, he remember that day Sakura out molested in the beginning of their relationship, and suddenly sat on the bed, unable to move. Sakura stood in front of her lover and got on her knees and looked up into his eyes.The man she she knew wasn't there and there was nothing she could do but be by his side.

The courtroom was silence as it was coming to an end. Sakura, Naruto and Minato stood by Sasuke side for family support. There a few times Sakura saw Sasuke's fist crunch up, stoping himself from reaching Fugaku and hurting him. There were also a few times where Sakura caught Fugaku turn to his side of the room and look at his son and them. "Uchiha Fugaku, in the case of the Uchiha Madara, and the drug dealing that continued on by yourself; Drug dealing is 14 years in jail, plus being involved in a gang is 10 years. For murdering your wife Uchiha Mikoto, jail sentence is 25 years". The judge said as he piled up the papers. "Is there any last words you would like to say Fugaku?" The judge was ready to wrap things up. "Yes. I would like to apologiz to my son for everything I put him, his friends and family in. I have no excuse for my action and I take full responsibility. If I could go back in time, i would change my mind and not agree with the whole issue".

" I missed out on a lot of things; my children growing up and accomplishing many thing that a father would be proud of, My sons relationships and even spending time with family. And now, today, even though i know i'll never get the chance to see my grandchild, at least, seeing it grow... is the best thing I could see before i go". Fugaku said as he looked at Sasuke, who was facing forward, ignoring him. Sakura looked down on her hand and shed tears as he could feel Sasuke's pain through her. All she wanted to do was take his hand and take him away from all this pain, but this must end no matter what. "Sasuke?" The judge looked at him for any words. "No words your honor". Sasuke said with a cold expression. "Uchiha Fugaku, as conspiracy of Murders to Uchiha Shisui, Uchiha Mikoto, Uchiha Itachi and also the baby that your wife was carrying for 3 months-"

"WHAT!!!" Sasuke jumped out of his seat to the shocking news. Naruto and Minato got up from the surprised news as well as Sakura stood there scared and shocked as well. "Your mother Uchiha Mikoto was pregnant. According to the papers from the hospital, it appear she was about two months into her pregnancy". The judge said, and at that moment, every went fast and quiet. Sasuke jumped over the table and as he almost reached him, the security guards held him back. "AAAAHHHHHH!!!!!" Sasuke screamed in anger as tears came out. Everyone in the court stood back as Naruto and Minato couldn't do anything but watch as they couldn't step out of their seats. "YOU MONSTER!!!! YOU DISGRACE!!!! YOU PIECE OF SHIIIIIIIIIIIIT!!!!! FUCK YOU!!!!! YOU MURDER THEM!!!!! HOW COULD YOU!!!!" Sasuke kept squirming around has the security guard held him down as he cried hard enough that everyone was scared. Sakura stood in place; scared, nervous, and shaky as she watched her fiance fall down on his knees as they put him down. Her hands shaking as she held her stomach in fear.
