Chapter 125 - Last Day's Of Fun (Beach Day)

Everyone sat around the bonfire as laugh and tales of moments from the past were shared as they celebrated Sakura and Sasuke's engagement with Snacks and drinks. Naruto, Hinata, Sakura, Sasuke, Karin, Suigetsu, also Temari and Shikamaru were all laughing with one another but Ino stare at the Fire as the thought of everything that's been bothering kept messing with her head. Ino tried to enjoy the moment, yet the flashback of Shikamaru, Deidara drugging Sakura and also losing her best friends, plus Sai leaving kept replaying in her head over and over. Ino got up and began walked away as everyone stood quiet and watch her leave. "What's wrong with her?" Naruto asked as he was getting annoyed with her gloominess. "She's just going through a lot right now. Let's give her some moment to herself" Temari said. "Yea, but how long will she keep this up?" Sakura said in a low tone as she was also getting a bit annoyed as she couldn't get into her best friends mind.

Shikamaru stood quiet as he had an idea of what it might be, but no matter how many times he apologizes for the wrong he did, nothing could make Ino forget. "I'm going to talk to her". Sakura got up and followed her. "I Don't know... I'm worry about Ino. She's been angry lately and doesn't want to talk to anyone... Sai has been trying to talk to her and she's been ignoring him" Hinata said looking at the fire. "I feel like she just has anger towards Shikamaru and I..." Temari looked down a bit. "Yea but Ino is a strong person, she already forgave us... There's nothing we can do. We already apologized so many times". Shikamaru said with a bit of an attitude.

Sakura followed Ino as Ino reached her car and stopped as she was face to face with Sai. They looked at eachother with sadness, but her pride got the best of her and looked away. "Ino?" Sai said her name sweetly as he placed his hand on hers. Her heart skipped a beat. "What?" Ino looked at him with anger. "Tell me, what can I do for you?" Sai said. "You can leave me alone!" Ino open her car. "INO!" Sakura overheard the conversation. "Why?! Why are you being so rude and mean to Sai! He's been trying to make things right!". Sakura shoutted. "Mind your own bussiness Sakura"."Yes it is my business! You're my friend! And I can see the love Sai has for you!" Sakura tried to reason with Ino. "Yea, right. All men are pigs". Ino said in a attitude tone as she got into her car and drove away. Sakura looked at Sai as his hair covered his eyes, hiding the sadness in his eyes.
