Chapter 73 - Time

(After Class)
"Ino, are you ok?" Kiba shook her. "Y-Y-Yea. I just never expect it". Ino closed her sketch book. "I'll see you later". Ino rushed to Sai as he was putting on his clothes. "Sai!!! If your going to pose nude, at least take me out for dinner first!" Ino jokefully said. "Good one". Sai put on his sneakers. "Sorry i didn't tell you this before. Our conversation was too good to tell you". Sai smiled at her. "Please. We had enough time for you to tell me" Ino thought to herself. "Yea we did". Ino said as she blushed. Her heart started beating as she looked at him tying his shoelace. "Well, off to our next class". Sai put on his messenger bag. "Well, which class is it?" Ino wanted to have more time with Sai but their time was coming to an end. Sai looked at his schedule and checked. "I have sculpture next". How about you?" "Um! I have a Color Theory next" Ino said in a depressed tone. Sai noticed her sad face and smiled how cute it was. "Well, it says you have a free time at 5th period, how about we go eat lunch together?" Ino blushed and smiled. "Yea".

(Later That Day/ Lunch)
Sai waited in the Starbucks lounge for Ino. He was 5 minutes early as his 4th period class ended early. "Shikamaru! Hurry! I have class in a few minutes and i want to grab a snack".Temari tugged on Shikamaru arm as they stood in front ordering. Sai noticed the couple and ignored them. "Sorry I'm late Sai! The teacher was giving out so many forms". Ino rushed past the couple without realized it was Shikamaru and Temari. As Temari was looking at the menu, Shikamaru noticed it was Ino with Sai. From the corner of his eye's he watched them with interest. "It's ok, no need to rush for someone like me" Sai teased her, making her blush. "I just don't like keeping people waiting is all". Ino smiled and sat down. "Is there anything you want darling?" Temari pulled out her card to pay. "No thanks". Shikamaru went on his phone and ignored Ino and Sai.

(After School)
"So i'll message you later about those art supplies you might need and not the ones they claim you do. Trust me, I've taken that class before". Sai walked Ino to her Nissan SUV. "Thank you sooo much! It means a lot" Ino pressed her car bepper to open her car door. "Well, I should be going. Don't want to miss my buss". They gave each other a hug. "Get home safe". Ino waved at him good-bye. As she turn around she noticed Shikamaru closing the door for Temari like a gentlemen. He noticed her as she noticed him. They both looked at each with sadness in their face. Ino broke the glare and enter her car. She sat there as her heart began pounding hard. She got it together and smiled as the image of Sai stood in her mind.
