Chapter 47 - Nightmare

Thunder struck hard waking Sakura up from her nightmare. She gasp hard her heart beating fast. Tears went down her cheek as she was afraid. The rain fell hard. She check the time and it was 11:45am. She went downstairs and check the house. No one was home. There wasn't any site of Sasuke anywhere. She took a breather and tried to relax, but she couldn't. She was still shaken up from her realistic dream. The door bell ran as it made Sakura Skip a beat. As she look through the window she noticed it was Itachi.
She open the door and teared. "What wrong?" He closed the door behind him as she hid her face on his chest.

They walked to the living room and sat down on the coach. "I had a dream... But it felt so real... Sasuke... Pointed his gun at me... An raped me..." Sakura whipped her tears nervously. "Maybe the situation you were in last year made you recap everything again". Sakura look down. "Yea.." Itachi pass her a bag with a box of deserts in them. Sakura smiled and hugge him tightly. "Since... We didn't get the chance to celebrate your birthday, I thought it would be a great idea to spend time or take you out". Itachi blushes. Sakura placed the bag on the living room table and looked down. "No... I don't want to celebrate my birthday anymore... It's not a great day to remember..." Sakura got up. Itachi stood quietly. "I'm going to go shower. I'll be back soon". Sakura left as Itachi walk to the kitchen and opens the refrigerator to make breakfast for her. "I wonder if she ate".

Sakura turn on the shower as she started removing her clothes. She felt a slight pain in her abdominals. She went to pee and felt something weird. Before she flushed, she looked at it and her dropped. Her eyes widen and mouth opened in shocked. She reached down on her private an pulled out thick discharge. "I-I-Ita.... AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!!" She screamed in fear. Itachi ran up as he heard the scream. He open the bathroom and saw her naked. "What's wrong?" She show her hand, but he didn't see anything. "What are you showing me?" Sakura saw but there was nothing. She check for markings but there was none. "Itachi, I swear I thought I saw.." she started crying. Itachi brushed her hair away from her face. Sakura, you need rest.. You can't live here alone". Itachi sat on top of the toilet as she covered herself. "Where am I suppose to live? This is all I have. I can't live at Ino's... I can't go sleep anywhere". Sakura sat on the floor crying.

"Can't you see? I'm broke. I have nothing else to go but here. I don't know how I'm going to pay for college..." Sakura covered her face, crying. Itachi looked at her and felt her pain. He knew exactly what she was going through. He knew all the pain she went through and all the stress she had. He took her hand and locked fingers with her. Sakura looked up into his eyes. "Sakura. Can I.. Live here with you?" Sakura heart dropped. She never believe that he would want to live with her. "N-No Itachi..." She got up and open the shower door. Itachi gently wrap her arms and held her close. He rest his head on her neck as she blushed red. "Sakura. Let me help you. Please". Sakura blush and began to cry. She covered her face as she cried. Her towel fell and he held her naked body close, not caring if she was nude. "Sakura. I've fell for you since that day I met you in the hospital room. Your beautiful face and beautiful heart and loving soul. Your all I've been dreaming about. And I know this is the wrong time. But. I want to protect you from everything that makes you sad. I want to be your shield. I want to be with you Sakura Haruno". Sakura turn around and hugged him tight. "Thank you so much. Thank you Itachi". He gently grab her chin and kissed her passionately.
