It was 12:40Am and the baby was knock on the door. The time for baby Nara was here and Temari stood in place as she took deep breaths in and out while holding on to her stomach as she noticed her baby belly was drop low. Shikamaru grabbed her emergency bag and held her close as they rushed to the hospital.

"Ok Temari, I need you to push!" The doctor said as the doctor could see the babies head. "Take deep breaths a push! ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR, FIVE!" Temari stop pushing and began pushing again. Shikamaru held her hand as she squeezed it tightly with each push. "The baby is coming! Temari push!". Temari pushed again and as she couldn't hold the pain anymore, right then, she heard her baby's first cries as he was fully out of her. "It's a boy!" Shikamaru face glew as he was so happy he had a boy. Temari tear as the nurse began to clean him up. Temari lay back and tired to relax even though the doctor was removing the placenta, the nurse handed her her wrapped baby to her and held him close to her chest while the doctors cut his umbilical cord. The baby boy grabbed onto Temari's fingers and squeezed. "He's so beautiful" Temari said as Shikamaru wiped away her sweat off her face. "Have you guys decided on a name?" "Yes, Shikadai Nara". Shikamaru said as he smiled down at his new family.
(An hour later)
Shikamaru stood In front of the window as he could see his little boy sleeping in his tiny basket with the other little kids. He was so happy that he had a son, even though it would still be great to have a daughter, a son was a great start. Gaara and Kankuro came and stood next to Shikamaru as they watched the baby. "Is it that one right there?" Kankuro pointed. "Yea". "Wow, took after your back hair". Kankuro chuckled. "I wonder what color eyes he'll have" Gaara spoke. "He has the same as Temari" the brothers looked at each other and smiled as they post there hand on both Shikamaru shoulder. "Good luck" Kankuro said as Shikamaru was about to enter a Temari,
