Chapter 74 - Empty Soulless House

(Wednesday Afternoon/ Home)

Sakura looked down at her hand as she had the keys to Sasuke's back door of his house. For a while, she's been waiting to go in and see if they were there, but she didn't want to be rude or an intruder. Tears dripped down to her hand as she couldn't get him out her mind. Her cellphone began to ring as Sakura ignored it. Her Cellphone rang again and yet again, she ignored. After a while, she checked her phone, and noticed the calls were private. "Who called me?". Sakura looked at her key again and couldn't take it anymore. She put on her red shirt and mini skirt. She slide on her boots and grabbed her purse. "I need to see if he completely left".

(15 Minutes later)

"Ok, you have 15 minutes. In and Out ok? I dont want the neighbors calling the police because we intruded a police officer's house" Ino said as she turned off her car. "Thank You Ino". Sakura left her purse on the seat and took her cellphone and the key. "Be careful ok, Sakura". Ino hugged her as Sakura got out the car. She quickly jumped over the fence and went around the back. She reached the back door and quietly open it. She closed it and looked around. She used her iphone as a flashlight to look around; it was quiet and empty. All the house decorations were all gone. She ran upstairs to Sasuke's room to see if everything was completely gone. She open Itachi's room door and everything gone. Flashes of Her and Itachi laying down on the bed that was on the left side of the room was gone. As she walked into the room, the scent of his cologne was still lingering around the room.

"Itachi..." She slowly walked out the room tearing. She looked at the room one last time and closed the door. She continue to look around and also noticed the frames that were hanged of young Itachi and Sasuke were gone. The hallway was cold and empty as she stood in front of Sasuke room. As she open the door she saw him sitting on his bed and smiling at her. "Sakura-" It was nothing but an illusion. She began to cry quietly as she room was empty. She closed the door, walked down the stairs and left. She hopped over the fence and walked over to the car. Ino unlocked the door and noticed Sakura was crying. "He not there. Is he?" Ino asked as she handed her a napkin. "No. Everything in the house is gone". Sakura held on to the key. "Im sorry Sakura-Chan. How could he just up and leave you like that; without telling anyone..." Ino said angrily. "He never ceases to surprise me" Ino hit the steering wheel. Sakura push the car seat back and lay back and relaxed as a tear shed down.
