Pan's POV
I planted kisses all over Skylar's face. She giggled, and smiled at me. I was enjoying this happy moment before Rumple walks in. I get up off the ground fast, pulling Sky up with me.
"What the hell?" I ask.
"You left the box, papa," he spits.
"Rumple. Why can't you just listen to me? Let me take the boys heart. You'll undoing will be gone. You can stay here and get away from the pests - the Charming's. We can be a family again,"
"That boy will be my undoing. But he's also my grandson. I can't kill him. And we will never be a family again," Rumple runs his hand over the box and I watch the magic come out. Before I can even react, Sky and I are gone. At the Mermaid Lagoon. She then presses herself against me as the small tail of purple fog engulfs her. She knew it would still happen. She wanted him to think it was me in that box.
"No. Sky, wait," I say. She just hugs me until the magic stretches up her arms, and she's gone. I sigh. I'll get her back after I get my heart. I close my eyes and use my power to see where Henry is. I find he's headed toward the ship and appear behind the group. I was weak, but the small amount of time the heart was inside of me, face me enough power to poof us both to the other side of the island. Right next to the darkest part of the forest.
"P-Pan!" He stutters, surprised.
"Surprised to see me, laddy? Should you really be? You stole that heart - that power that you'll never use - from me. From all of Neverland!"
"I know you're only using it to help yourself!"
"Ah, but if I die, I bring Neverland right along with me. I harness and control the magic here, Henry. If I die, the boys will turn they'll actual age - killing them all. If I die, the plants here will shrivel into brown crisps. If I die, the soil will become weak and crumble off little by little into the ocean, slowly sinking. If you let me die, you ruined this precious place for everyone,"
"What? No. Neverland's much more powerful than you!"
"And how would you know that? You're just a little boy...a little lost boy,"
"I'm not lost. I have a family!"
"So do all these boys, but like them, you just have one where you don't belong,"
"Stop! Just stop!"
"You asked for the bad side! You denied me my heart first! You should've given it to me in the first place!" I yell. I thrust my hand into his chest, but magic deflects it. I get mad. I use all my anger and destroy the spell. I rip his heart out.
"Tell your mommy her spells are no match for mine," I spit. I was done with this kid. I shove his heart into my chest. I left him lying lifeless on the ground. But something was off. I shrug it off. It's probably regret for killing my great grandson. I walk to find the family. They weren't leaving without my permission. I call the lost boys to me once I get close. Everyone except John comes. Good thing, too, I didn't want him to see this. He's only 4. The shadow did a cruel thing, bringing him here. But no time for that, back to the Charming's.
"Henry?! Henry!" They helplessly shout. We all come out of the bushes and surround them.
"Well, well, well. If it isn't the Charming's," I say, crossing my arms.
"Pan! Give us Henry, you bitch!" Emma yells at me, walking rather close.
"The boys have dream shade. Watch yourself, Emma,"
"Wait. How'd you get out of Pandora's box?" Regina asks.
"Oh," I say, laughing. "I was never in it. Rumple trapped a wild animal,"
"Idiot..." Regina mumbles under her breath.
"Boys! I want them all locked up! All next to the other ones!" I say. The boys point their arrows more precisely and one throws poppies on all of them, knocking them out. They tie them all up. But the poppies wear off before they're done. Regina wakes. She rips his heart out from my chest. I feel myself weaken fast. I look at the heart. Only half of it glowed. Henry's power was weakening. Regina knocked out the lost boys and bolted. I couldn't abandon my boys. I materialize them back at camp. I take Pandora's box from Rumple and release Sky. She smiles at me once she's out. But soon enough the others wake up and bolt to find Henry. I sigh. This wasn't going to be easy. I hug Sky and we go looking.
