Skylar's POV

She walks all of us into the inn and shows us our rooms. Peter, John, and I's has two beds. We let John pick his favorite for him to sleep in, and we take the other. Peter uses magic to make our pajamas appear and we change. We crawl into bed and pull the blankets up. John gets up from his bed and crawls in between us.

"Can I sweep here? I don't like it here. It's scarwey," He mumbles. I smile.

"Of course, John," I say. Someone knocks at the door. He gasps and latches onto Peter. Peter smiles.

"I've got it," I say. I pull on a of shorts, since I was only wearing a t-shirt and underwear. I answer it to see Gold standing there.

"Oh. Hello, Mr. Gold," I say.

"Hello, Skylar," he says. Peter gets up, John latching onto him. He carries him over to the door.

"Hello, Rumple," he says.

"Who's this little boy?" He asks.

"John. He's a lost boy, who ended up here by mistake," Peter says, slightly bouncing John, who was latching onto him.

"So, you're looking over boys as small as him now? Like a.... father of some sort,"

"Rumple... you know I wanted you to stay on the island with us. You can't get mad at me for taking care of a four year old who was accidentally dropped there,"

"I know, I know. I just wanted to say hi on friendlier terms know that everything with Henry is solved,"

"Of course,"

"Just don't go near my family, and I won't touch yours," he say, glaring at me and John before leaving. I close the door slowly. The dark one just threatened us.

"Hey, no need to worry sweet heart. Empty threats. He was scared of me when I didn't have the magic from the heart," Peter says, kissing my forehead before laying back down. I start thinking about Gold. He used to be nice to me. He used to be like a grandfather to me. And now I'm dating his father. It was weird.

"Skylar. Come to bed, babe," Peter says. I shake my head. I get dressed. I had to get something from the pawnshop.

"Babe. What're you doing?"

"I have something to the pawnshop a long time ago. I want it back," I say.

"How are you going to so that? We don't have any money,"

"Yeah we do. I was saving up so I could move out of that situation. I have over a thousand dollars," I say.

"Sky. I'm coming with you,"

"No. Stay, watch John. I'll be right back,"

"Okay. I love you, baby,"

"I love you, too," I say. Then I head out the door. I go to my old house, climbing through the window and going up to my old room. I pry back the old floorboard and pull out the bag full of cash. I throw it over my shoulder and head to Gold's shop.
